With changes in the economy leading to instability in the stock market, some individuals may face a decrease in their investments in an effort to benefit from the current market conditions, I am considering liquidating my $725k portfolio consisting of bonds and stocks. would suggest you thoroughly evaluate the companies you have invested in and their estimated future performance, as we may expect to see the market decline further. To minimize stress and improve efficiency, it might be wise to seek the assistance of an investment advisor to help restructure your portfolio and identify any underperforming investments to offset. This approach has been successful for me and has reduced my stress levels.

When Dennis, of Kim and Dennis' DFS, said people asked him why they weren't upgrading vehicles or going on vacation...who are these people who ask intrusive questions like that? Nobody, friends or family, ever asked us why we drove 18 year old cars, or didn't go on vacation, or go shopping, etc. All I've got to say is some people have b*lls asking questions that are none of their beeswax.

She should take a leave of a absence to look after herself and her stress levels due to - their -lack of consideration- maybe in her absence they will come to their sense finding good loyal, hard working individuals ..like her. Meanwhile she should look to put her resume near or around the competition...who know in a new home she would be more welcomed and better appreciate...God works in mysterious ways. My mom refinanced her house TWICE to pay off credit cards. She bought it for $250k, but by the time she sold it, she only had $150k left in equity (it was worth around $500k at that time) due to her using the house as a piggy bank. Now the house is worth around $800k! She destroyed that part of her nest egg. That's as bad as as HELOCS. She takes advice from her friend that has a few houses. DON'T DO THAT! The kicker is that she thinks she did well 😢

I had a feeling it wasn't going to work because too many people had an issue with it. I realized that if it went through College would be off the table because you didn't save or cash flow it. Student loans would be none existant if it went through because nobody would loan money since you couldn't get interest. You just had to follow the money.

INCORRECT.!! Maybe she inherited from a family trust ...her answer seems to come thru helping and caring for her mother ... I don't think a Judge will let anyone "steal it from any other " in a divorce proceeding....she did not get HALF of her Husband's money ...SHE GOT HER share HALF OF BOTH THE MARRIAGE MONEY, Which you mean to say .. most likely like a "good narcissistic husband" he took it all for himself while in the marriage, never allowed her to manage or care for even her share ..so she had no idea what to do or how to manage it after a divorce and least to know she could had gone to learn to manage earlier on....this is why DAVE encourages couples to TALK AND PLAN BEFORE THEY GO SAYIN ..I DO.
