I've seen many different therapies for any kind of tendonitis and usually the go-to methods are massaging and stretching. Are these truly the best options? Or is there more effective methods that perhaps we don't like doing so much...

Thanks for watching Andrew! I did this after seeing a patient who aggressively used to massage gun his Achilles. The tendon was so thin...

Very helpful! I love the clarity here! No more digging into an injured tendon! 😆 Is it safe to say that massage guns are better for preventative care, to keep muscles supple before and after exercise? Thanks!
