Hello! Ma'am from few months I'm facing some injuries back 2 back & so was on bed rest 4 months(due to Ankle sprain/ligament tear)... Now I've decided will not stay in bed will continue work n work & get back into my hectic routine but it seems impossible bcz my health is not supporting me.. I've become weak & drained alot mentally, emotionally n physically. The reason is my home's atmosphere is so tensed & depressed... resulting day n night i think how to come out of it bcz if one i ignore then the other behaviour of others effect me. I do try to stay happy & ignore but how can I ignore all of the things i don't like are been done with me.. Please Guide me. 🙏I've not a single person as my Guide in Life.
