Internet loves to build people up and then break them down. For her I think it happened when she made the remark she was the first female action star. Then all the people that wanted to hate on her had a reason. I say so many dumb things in life I wish I could take back. Thankfully they are not on video…

The mainstream media ignores her connections to Harvey Weinstein. There are reports that he would tell not so famous actors to look at Jennifer Lawrence career; she's in two movie franchises and won an Oscar thanks to him. Just have to point out that if she had been a male with the symptoms she displays and describes from childhood, there's a strong likelihood she would have been assessed for and possibly diagnosed with a neurodivergent condition. This may still be an undiagnosed explanation for some of these behaviors and traits. ...Or perhaps not, but she certainly would have been evaluated if she had been male. At that time, those were considered textbook symptoms... for a male... females got ignored due to the lack of study and understanding within the medical community. She is astounding in SLP and "Mother!". I find her talented, relatable, lovable, inspiring and wonderfully imperfect... for a total stranger you can't actually know, but... you know, she seems to have a real fire and I appreciate and respect that, can't understand how others don't. I hope she doesn't actually feel like everyone hates her. It would be absolutely tragic for the world to diminish someone so incandescent with their harsh, unfounded judgements and projections.

She's her own enemy I guess if she thought people were applauding because they felt bad for her. People used to love how normal she was, not anything like an A star and that moment when she fell was part of the narrative that she's not some perfect princess. If anything, she should get Oscar for Winter's Bone. She was really great there. I was surprised she was even nominated for Silver Lining Playbook. It was an okay movie with an over the top performance from her in my opinion. To this, I'm still waiting for her to do something like Winter's Bone. I don't follow much of celebrity fuck ups so I don't know why she went from loved to irrelevant. For me it was mostly because I don't like the films she's in (they're not great). That includes THG trilogy, Mother! (horrible pretentious movie) and Silver Lining Playbook. She also wasn't anywhere as good as Rebecca Romjin as Mystique. I enjoyed her recent movie though. The one where a pair paid her to make a man out of their kid. It wasn't a great movie but I enjoyed it and didn't feel like it's overrated (Like Hunger Games trilogy and SLP). I also loved Don't Look Up and I know people didn' like Red Sparrow but it's a decent flick for me.

Just found your channel - Been binging through the videos. Really impressive stuff. Honestly, I kinda wonder if you have an AI write the script, because they come off as perfect. ( I don’t mean this as an insult) While the videos are fantastic, extremely well edited but you almost seem to come off as too factual without making a point, adding in your own thoughts, and you only stick to the surface. Which is saying more about how we (viewers) are bombarded by opinion pieces, videos needing to make a “point” rather than just discussing something that’s interesting.
@Renzy_YT3 ай бұрын
Nah you’ve got a solid point, tbh I could do better on the scripts. I usually vomit draft cause it’s my least favorite part of the process and it’s just more enjoyable to get to the editing. I’ll be more considerate of that moving forward, thank you for the notes & kind words!

She was suuper loved until she gave in the manner she did the comments about public.. and it didn't make it better that it was kinda done joint with Amy Schumer (whose downfall was at it's height). She's a bit too much for me (like seems fine but a bit much) and I just don't think she is very versatile actor. Like all hope of her taking the craft very seriously was done when she at the Press for Mother said openly that she won't be doing those kinda roles anymore for it being so heavy toll. It was kinda unprofessional how she put it given that she's selling the movie (it wasn't said like how DiCaprio said he won't be doing again something as cruelling as Revenants shoot was.. and that shoot was 100x worse than Mothers). It's fine by me if someone wants to watch her act as being her in some light movie, but it's not for me. Then add on top how close she was to Weinstein, always making sure to pose with him, like pleasing him and also dated just before Mother was done the director Aronofsky, then suddenly didn't when it was wrapped. All that kinda gives a picture of doing.. favors for parts. Like she tought Mother was too much but did 3 movies with David O'Russell who is known to be Super unprofessional at sets with temper tantrums. Like was she just excused from the blow up's and if so.. then why. That's just guesswork, but seems as a pattern (Russell is another those directors she would defininetly have harder time to get casted with like Aronofsky is). Don't Look Up is propably one movie where I didn't feel like watching Jennifer Lawrence while it still is those movies where is quite a lot of levity, the whole movie just didn't quite come together as well as it could have. It's not bad, just felt once watched and done while exceptions were much higher (not on the cast, can't quite put my finger on what was missing..). Ok so people started to dislike her after really unloading in every interview in kinda harsh tone how she hates everyone. That's fine by me, but like c'mon. You have to know as an celeb that it will flood the comments that you must still be happy about the millions people let you have blabla. For me it was more so interesting that she said what I knew many celebs truly feel like and said it how it is, it still is a career killer especially how she did it. At her height and imago of her, you cannot just blame anyone but you if you are suprised when you suddenly are not bubbly and keep talking how people are annoying menace and it bites back when mainstream is not happy. Like her talent does not warrant to do that and keep on going, maybe if she would Actually be say Amy Adam's or Nicole Kidman's stature with the acting itself and just keep on doing banger roles. Maybe then. It's a problem when you act as yourself and people see You in the movies while dislikes You. Kinda if Rock was disliked, he ain't no Daniel Day Lewis so would he have an acting career... nope. Also I'm not saying the publics reaction was fair, but it was super easy to predict.

@@katlamb4606 It's her Career.. not Life. It just happens to be a very public job. I was agreeing that I get many celebrities feeling like she have said, that's more so her life. I do not even agree with paparazzi culture. I also said it's hypotethical, but seem aaa lot like a thing with her of propably having slept up (yeah cannot respect that, you take opportunities from someone who earned the part in auditions). That's really career and life, but I think something that can be held to scrutiny. As much as she can absolutely say that she disliked everyone, as I said that I have no problem with that. Mainstream did. I just remember the whole thing and how it went down with Lawrence and it is kinda skewed in this video. I was mainly talking about her Public Work which includes going into interviews for promos or what do I think about her acting talent. You see the word Public? Again.. the Way she said she won't be doing a part like that (Mother) wasn't really professional because she was promoing the movie and made it just sound like there is something wrong with the movie. She sounded the whole promoing of the movie like she would hate it, the whole tour. It's like basic actor rules that even if you do a really bad movie, you sell it as best as you can. It's hollywoods cardinal rules and doing the promoing is in the contract. Secondly, the part ain't That crazy even if not the easiest. It must've been more so there being in the end so many moving parts to take a take again and again. Also after a certain point in the movie it is mostly high emotion scenes that needs to look good.. which again I think she might've struggled with. Because she isn't that good to most likely get it fast. Yeah sure when Isabella Huppert, Chloe Sevigny or Charlotte Gainsbourgh says that they will not take as heavy parts.... I will take it way more seriously and with respect from those actors. Aronofsky's Black Swan is pretty direct comparison with I would say more intensity and the whole movie following a female lead basically in every scene. It would just sound odd if Natalie Portman would have said the part was too much for me, never doing that again (then again she just is way better actor). That's again from Lawrence those things of ok, you can say that, but you cannot expect tailormade work come to you your whole career (this simple thing I have been saying, that she must've know herself that if you do x then y happens)(especially cannot expect scripts for her when you have gained age and sleeping up does not work anymore 🤔 Suddenly she's not cast as when she is older.. hmmm). Yet again. Still I nor anyone seem to have the answer how did she not have zero problem with Russell directing 3 of her movies, but Mother was too much. During Three Kings Clooney was the whole movie saving everyone in the set because Russell would go absolute mayhem mode. Clooney having to save smaller crew members from him all day and it's on tape how the guy screams even to the main-actors like a maniac. For one, the guy was assaulting an extra on the set of Three Kings. Many have publicly said that Russell set's have been the woorst. An all day yelling isn't "too much" for Lawrence but Mother was... odd. Wonder what's that deal with that.
