It does take time to sink in. What helps the most is doing the movements slow and controlled without a club. Just 15 min a day on the movements, and your next range session should be extremely enjoyable. 🍻

The problem with us amateurs are not the resources we have now to get better. The problem is putting it to use. Most amateurs don't do drills. Just walk down your local range and ask people what they're working on. Half of them won't even know what a golf drill is.
