@@ronswith636 occupy the capitals of the emperor and the electors in a war. If you allied some of the electors, you don’t need occupy those, just the ones that you are not allied with. Make sure you get all of them in 1 war because you can’t do 2 separate wars against the HRE.

@@ronswith636 If you open the HRE menu and hover over the "dismantle HRE" decision, it should tell you the requirements. As far as I rememeber, the requirements are to: Not be HRE Emperor, either control all the capitals of the HRE electors and the current emperor's capital (have all of them sieged down by you at the same time), or be allied to the electors. You can ally some electors and just siege down the rest and you should be able to click the button.

@@ronswith636 hey dude, KZbin removed my comment for absolutely no reason, I have no idea why. But I'm gonna say what I replied to your comment with before. You go to the HRE tab, and when you hover over the "dismantle HRE" button, it should tell you. Basically, either hold all of the capitals of the electors and the emperor, don't be Emperor (obviously), or be allied to the electors (or have them as vassals) and hold the capital of the emperor. You can combine the two, basically you can ally/puppet some electors, and siege down the rest (don't peace out, hold the capitals sieged down) as well and it should be available to click in the HRE tab, and you get an event about the HRE being dismantled.

18:58 Torontál, Békés, Szabolcs were part of Dacia province. Pannonia was only Sopron, Somogy, Székesfehérvár. And yes 3 provinces were just partially controlled for few years, Pest, Bács, Szolnok. But basically shouldn't be considered as Roman.

- Malta and Grenada should be taken asap for any wide game, esp considering how many times you’ve fought Spain - Your income isn’t scaling w your size bc you’re not making use of TCs (esp bad move since you took trade ideas) - Your armies stink bc you’re not using mission tree or Cossacks or maintaining high professionalism or tradition or drilling - Once you destroy Venice you get a mission for galleasses which stacks great w your doctrine and missions and lets you dominate the Med - If you get these things right as Byz you’ll forget what “AE” even stands for by the time you get Absolutism

Also second thing is now that I got farther in the video is you should have taken Malta in the Spain peace deal so you could upgrade the monument for being able to take more provinces for cheaper with war score reduction against other religions.

Dismantling the HRE should be high on your priority list. You need the southern and western parts of germany anyway for a proper roman empire. Some of the oldest german cities such as Trier or Regensburg were actually founded by the Romans some 2000 years ago (or rather something like 1500 years in your fictional timeline) and they should absolutely be roman again.

Throw bad heirs out of the window if youre monarchy/re-elect ruler if republic, Estate priviliges for +1 mana in all categories right at the start of the game, go for master of mint and trade advisor to fire event for 400 mana (only once per campaing), use highest possible advisors your economy can sustain ALL THE TIME. Its pretty much a self-escalating game loop: Obtain excess mana->dev provinces->get more income->can afford better advisors->rinse and repeat. You can also choose mana points from events if your situation allows it, i.e get like 50 mana instead of 10% morale for 10 years if youre not planning to fight tough wars in next 10 years and so on. Its a bunch of small thing that adds up. Hope this helped : )

I wonder is its possible to restore pentarchy before reformation. Theoretically conquering provinces is not that hard after initial surviving. It will be much easier to expand in western Europe. I dont know by the way should catholic nation be friendly or just standard neutral -10 to accept conversion. On my Byz runs all catholics hated me already except couple allies and do not converted.

Overall pretty not optimal but still kinda entertaining
