Hi Collette - thank you for your easy to follow recipes. I've had my thermoxix for just 3 weeks - in the UK. I'm just making a poached egg 'à la Collette' but I'm sure that I saw you mention of timings for different egg finishes in a cook book. I got Simple Ideas and Go Green but can't find the timings. Am I going mad? Thank you!

Mine stick on the bottom of the basket. Do you grease yours at all?
