Thermomix Ricotta Gnocchi

Have you ever tried making Ricotta Gnocchi in the Thermomix?
This is a super easy recipe and I will walk you through the process. We start by making the gnocchi dough in the Thermomix and then shaping it into thin rolls.
Once all the dough has been rolled I demonstrate cutting the dough into 2 cm gnocchi pieces. The dough is then chilled to ensure it holds together when cooked.
The cooking is completed in the Thermomix with the blade cover in place to prevent damage to the gnocchi. If you don't have a potato peeler you can get one at the Mixshop bit.ly/3vTtWUR
Serve the gnocchi with your favourite sauce.
