I get that you're doing it for fun, but one mistake that powerscalers is that they use real life things to scales e.g in some movies moving faster than light is measurable speed so it means that it depends on the laws of nature made by the writer, if a sand is able to hit the earth at light speed it causes catastrophic damage but in fiction it does little damage

Okay so the Cutawayland episode, it turns out that at the end of the episode that it was actually a dream that Peter had when he passed out from eating oysters on the beach. I'd probably say that Peter would not have anything that was in the cutaways UNLESS it is confirmed in the main part of the show. However, you COULD use cutaways still if you want to say it's stuff that has happened/is happening/will happen, but that's also assumption.
