December alone I did 30k gross in videogame/furniture Sales on ebay/local markets I timed myself one day and in 8hrs of work only 5hrs I was productive. Bought myself a chess timer and item click counter. Having a minimum $ price also helped. Each category I have a set procedure to execute those tasks. Goal was 10k gross and I 3x it. New goal is 50k month. Reverse engineer that total by items sold $44asp so I now know I need to sell an avg of 1100x items etc 2024 250k annual sales goal Les goooooo

Dude, $44 asp is high, I'm at $38 and I thought I was doing great. But it also has to do with abundance in your region. If I live were David lived I'd be at 100+ items a day. Glad your crushing it. Keep at it.

I feel you on that food topic, i used to cook all my meals and had to do dishes and it takes way way too long when i could be listing, sourcing and packing.

I can't believe how timely this video is for me. I've been frustrated with my lack of progress reselling-wise and over the last few days I've been trying to figure out what it is exactly I need to do. Yesterday I came to the conclusion that I need to create and stick to a set schedule. Removing distractions is a big one for me. Thanks for the video! It came at the perfect time for me.

Dude, though the warehouse is impressive, going to the gym is your time suck. Going and getting food vs making it yourself is a time suck that kills your liver. Wake up, clean your house and do your laundry...as fast as you can, wipe your floors by hand and scrub your shower. You have 45 min. If you have extra time do some push-ups. Meal plan on your Saturday with real food. Every other day...since your house will be clean, sweep your warehouse and if you still have time in that 45 min do some push-ups. There, just saved you probably 12 hrs a week and about $1000 bucks and a liver.
@Activeapparelzone9 ай бұрын
Push ups alone isn’t a work out for me, those 45 minutes everyday is a waste of time when I can just do that 2 hours on a Saturday, I don’t eat fast food every single day, it’s only like 3-4 Meals a week, I cook every day still I only eat 2 meals a day
@AndreaGrinoldsSoap9 ай бұрын
@@Activeapparelzone okay, well sounded like a plan for a heart attack at 45 the gym doesnt keep that away as much as eating healthy and stress reduction. What you do doesn't matter as much as you, too many guys forget that. Take care of yourself.

Awesome video you should get some help or higher hourly? If that can help. I use to have my sibling help me when I use to do the eBay /poshmark/amazon retail arbitrage grind, I got into reselling cars, but I really want to get an online store running again but I don’t really want to do savers/goodwill like I use too, any advice on sourcing? How about making your own lunch instead of spending all that money on take out?? Also you sound kind of nutty saying everything must wait til the weekend. You should be awake 16 hrs of the day. If you cant set aside 4 hrs a day for yourself and loved ones then whats the point in being self employed ? Im a sole provider for a family of 4 full time reseller. I have plenty of time to get my work done and spend time with family
@Activeapparelzone9 ай бұрын
I live alone, family is an hour away and my friends, I don’t want to have free time for the next couple of years aside from The weekend so I can build generational wealth, if you want to just get buy and be comfy that’s fine but that’s not what I’m trying to do, I will need to work hard for the next 10 years for the following 40 to be great, eating out vs cooking saves me time and I make more money, opportunity cost is a real thing
