Try this, melt a 70% dark chocolate cocoa or Cacao Baking bar by lindt and add it to a thawed container of zero sugar Cool whip! Then freeze it in a 8X8 pan W/ parchment paper. Cut it in candy bars or bite size pieces and keep it in the freezer. It is Amazing!! Also make mint choc chip by adding Peppermint extract Green food coloring and 70% dark chocolate chopped ♥️♥️♥️ Its wonderful! But also make bars with it so u can have a little bite for your sweet tooth!!

Nuts are higher in fat than they are in protein however, it’s the good fat as long as they’re raw and you’re not eating a ton of them because they are caloric.

I just found your channel and I love how "real" you appear. I am starting a new weight loss/walking program. I have 8 lbs. that need to go AND I want to feel better. Question for you, if you see this, how many ounces of nuts would you put in a baggie? I hope that doesn't sound like a dumb question, and I am not a "strict" diet person, but I LOVE nuts and I want to watch the amount I eat. lol Thank you for any help you may offer. Nope. It's all about balance. I'm eating a lot better than what I was eating 5 years ago, 10 years ago. I focus on my own progress, my own health and I clean up my diet at a pace that feels good to me- and I encourage others to do the same.

Absolutely! Meet yourself where you're at. You can always clean up later but do what feels good in this moment. Crush the cravings with a healthier option so you can move on with your day. Depriving yourself makes it worse, just like you said :)

Definitely!! At the moment I take ARMRA in the morning, everyday (3 scoops). Each afternoon I have an LMNT electrolyte around when i do my weight training. For sleep I use Stellace if I need it and I am waiting on my results for another gut health test to see how I'm going to adjust my food in the second half of this year. I'm currently aiming for 13-15K steps per day too!

Absolutely ! Only i do a little different i use organic or at least non GMO foods. Also some have to be made at home. Very appreciated your video! I use organic Nulo coconut wraps ( i know it's low calories } and the whip cream from an organic heavy cream whipped up with a pinch of organic monk fruit. Protein powder from Ancient nutrition. The nuts mix is non gmo or organic nuts have to be oven roasted at home. The electrolyte is an organic powder into the home purified water. I have a deep well and i use zero water filters. The filter good for 3month. The base is a primo and topped with the large zero water container. Taste so clean. Only wrote this done because nowadays really have to watch out how to be healthy and loose weight in the same time!

Wow I eat the same things especially whip cream and zero carb wraps . Put 1 box of orange sf jello mixed with half a tub of sf whip cream until whipped and fold 16 oz of cottage cheese into mixture and divide into 5 servings chill and top with sf reddi whip delicious

So glad you found my channel!! I have a playlist on here for my weight loss journeys (both after each of my kids were born) where I weighed over 200lbs and lost it all. Including low carb and how I ate too. Now i'm maintaining in the 130's :)

Does the LMNT in the can taste super salty? I can’t handle the taste of the packets. I’ve even tried just half a packet in 40 oz of water and it still makes me gag. But I want the benefits of great clean electrolytes, especially while fasting.

The LMNT can is the same ratio as the packets. You can dilute the packet in as much water as you need to until it tastes good to you. But yes, it is salty, that is where you get the electrolyte benefits.

Troubleshooting our weight loss in all seasons of life is key. I have worked with clients in their 20's all the way up to a client in their late 70's. Weight loss can happen at any age but troubleshooting the stage of life you are in and what works for you is the key part. My last weight loss journey (my easiest one) was in 2020 and I was 35 years old and it was after I had my 2nd baby. I've been maintaining that weight loss ever since. 65 lbs lost in about 7-8 months and maintaining it now as a 39 year old and I can say i'm the healthiest I've ever been. Consider joining one of my mentorships for customized plans and me troubleshooting your journey OR jump into my 6 week group starting 8/19 to learn my process for creating consistency and more results.
