Dividends are what got me into investing in the stock market. The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. Have over $600K in my portfolio as I bought a lot of dividend stocks before, I'm buying more now, and I will buy more when it drops further.

MAIN is certainly one of the top 3 BDCs along with CSWC and NEWT. I think FDUS and TSLX are better overall than ARCC or HTGC right now. I would get out of PNNT and PFLT if you're still in them. SLRC is another stinker you've mentioned.

Very nice video. I own or have owned most of the stocks mentioned. I currently don't have any in Income Realty but that is due to it's share price being so high. I don't have the ability to buy stock for $500+/month so I have to priotize which stock/reits I buy into each month. I also started investing in VICI as an alternative to O as the share price half and the yield is the same or higher and VICI still grows. - Would be great to get a video about alternatives to other stocks/REITS that perform about the same. As a foreign investor I don't have the ability to buy partial shares which would have made purchasing O much easier. I also have both WPC and MAIN in my porfolio but the same applies here. The share price as risen to a point where I can't keep buying into them so I have to find alternatives like GAIN, VICI, PFLT and ARCC.

The FED knows. They aren't committed to "attacking " inflation. They are going to continue to inflate, stocks and commodities will continue to go up with everything else. You can't just sit on cash waiting for a crash, get your money working for you, start buying in slowly and then gradually increase the pace of buying as the prices continue to drop.
