Degenerate and great sage best for support tempter could be the best but the only real “weakness” of not being effective on those you can resist it so is hard to say how good it is with such a vaguely expand counter also it’s Diablo using it and I think the user of a skill is a very big deal not just cos all skills power stem from the users will but how good at using /how suited they are to use it time leap is another good example for a skill like this but I am going to give it to unlimited imprisonment since the feat of sealing of veldora and the fact that I’m pretty it was straight up stated that if it weren’t for rimuru’s intervention veldora would be force to eventually “die” form Magicule dissipation (cos his Magicule could leek out but none could come in) and then come back due to his nature as a true dragon the fact that a true dragon like veldora was force to sit their with all resistance being futile against an inevitable demise due to a unique skill is just insane to me I also think degenerate is underrated as is the foundation for rimuru and his subordinates growth throughout the entire series
