Thanks doctor. I was given an epidural due to CS for my first baby. I have been in pains, although taking pain relief, subsides the pain. It is almost 3 months now. What can I do to heal. Every time I meet my doctor he just change the pain relief to a stronger one.

Very valuable information Dr. I want to ask, can we check level of BPA (or its family) in our body/blood? Is there a way to check that?

Good morning @nerve doctors I am regular viewer of this channel for some loved one . Just wanted to request again to discuss the following topics as I have not met a single spcl. Doc who are having this much specialised backed knowledge you both have , you are such a blessing A) IM injections of B12 vs pills as per your clinical practise not the so called funded studies B) the decline of electrolytes during nerve repair Because of B1 B12 b6 b9 and the complex spcl. Pottasium and magnesium and how to go with it .

Thanks so much for following our channel. I have taken these topics down and will definitely place them in queue. These are great topics.

Any advice on which water bottles are safer? Now I know that it’s better not to drink from plastic bottles but cans and glass water bottles are too expensive.
@NerveDoctors5 ай бұрын
So, here's the problem with ALL PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES. At temperatures as low as 86 (F) they can release phthalates and plasticizer chemicals. So, more than likely, during transportation to the grocery store, they were left out in the heat or may have been transported on a hot day, and left in your car will definitely pull these dangerous chemicals into the water you're drinking. On amazon you can get a stainless steel water bottle for as low as s$12.80. I just checked.

How to increase stem cell
@bendungee16692 ай бұрын
2:10 The video is good, but I will point out a few things off. Depending as he explained your stem cells can differentiate into different types cells to help the body heal, but unfortunately, the cells we use in the USA and most of the world don’t differentiate in brain cells without being manipulated in in vitro. In vivo they don’t turn into organ specific tissue such as heart, liver, kidney or neuronal cells. This is big thing many doctors don’t get correct. As for peripheral neuropathy does work with FSC but not the way most stem cells are done hear in the USA and Southern countries below us. They culture the cells, which means they expand the cells outside your body, which defeats their healing potential. If they had neuronal cells and didn’t expand them they would see results. All the things mentioned which can and will hinder stems in your body is correct. I hope people don’t rely on only one source of information, but you will see somethings doctors get correct and other things they just miss the mark. It’s like going to your own doctor for a check up. When doctors graduate and get their degree 50% of the information is outdated or not correct and 4 years later it ‘s even up to 80% if not keeping up to date. In general it takes the medical doctors 18 years for proven methods to become the established normal practice or accepted method to use. That’s a long time to wait. It’s very hard for them to keep up to date and run a business, that’s why it’s so important to study the subject and ask questions to your doctor and know if he’s aware such things. I hope this helps people take an active roll in their health, and that they realize it’s up to them to stay healthy.

What about ALS

For the past 3 years I've been waking up at night with my arms and hands sleeping or tingling from waking up. I don't sleep in weird positions, just flat on my back... what could be the cause?
@bendungee16692 ай бұрын
I had the same problem with waking up at 3am hand or arm tingling just sleeping on my back with my hands on my stomach. Just that simple bending of the arms made me sleep with hands to my thighs helped. A simple opening and closing my hand to make a fist wasn’t working and I had to shake my arm to get quick relief. Do you have problems with your hands being colder and people saying your hands are cold? My issue was my vascular system with the capillaries were not reaching my extremities and were shrinking over time (years).

@@bendungee1669 no, no cold hands, but past winters I sometimes had white fingers
