Doing great, keep it up! I did notice your cadence dropped very low on that pyramid workout, it puts so much strain on your legs and it often happens with ERG mode because it drags it down and it's hard to get it back up (spiral of death). It's one of the reasons I prefer to do a lot more training without ERG and doing the Z2 and recovery rides with ERG so I don't have to focus on it.

Yeah I know what you mean about how it can drag it down and hard to push back up. That’s one thing I need to get better at though which is focusing more on my cadence. What would you say is the ideal cadence range to try to stay in?

Cadence is still a very personal thing, I'm the most comfortable around 90rpm, but aiming for 80-90 is a good range and see where you feel the most comfortable at👍

That run workout looked brutal - way to get it in. There's really no good answer to the order for workouts when you have to do them back to back, but after enough years of swimming/triathlon, you stop worrying about sweating out chlorine - I do so many post swim runs and the shower that comes at the end of that stack is...special 😁. Have a great brick today, I'm getting on the bike soon myself!
