Gwen's place is incredible to see ! So here's a super cool race car, and look behind you, there's an also super cool swapped and lowered navara, hidden there is a super cool but not finished bedford. Oh and I didn't see it at first but there's a super cool built old nissan on the hoist in the back. And the garage itself is crammed with machines I want. Man how do you do that ? That Micra / March is off it's face awesome. Modern day Pikes Peak Escudo (minus a 2nd engine haha) That has to be one of the most mental drives in the world when you take the basic k13 it started as, maybe project binky will run it close if the boys decide to up the power of the 3s-gte.

Mikes MADBUL RX7 with the RX3 front conversion is one of my top 3 cars that exists, beautiful and it just sounds amazing IRL! Its amazing how many iterations that car has been through. Glad to hear how attached to it he is, biggest mistake I ever made was selling my FD :(

I was at Hampton Downs when that Nissan March went backwards into the pit entry wall a few years back... We were in the 2nd pit garage and the noise is made was absolutely ridiculous as it flew down the main straight - I love speed and everything fast, but just wow, that even made me check my sanity. :)

From memory the XF’s were the first model post Ford Australia’s decision to drop the V8... so most got driven in to the ground until they were scrapped. It’s quite sad, especially with the modern state of both the SOHC and Barra sixes. The 250 crossflow was also a really underrated engine back in the day. Like all Falcon sixes it loved boost!

Loads of paddock basher xfs The thing about paddock bashers they do no kilometres and are offern serviced on time not kilometres So as long as theyre stored indoors they're usually not awful Not like old mate doing 30km each way commute to work always left in the sun running 1000km over intervals

Yeah pretty sure ford Aus droped the V8 in '86 so yeah XF I think it was because of the unleaded fuel plus they were going towards the turbo but the insurance barstards stoped that (if you turbo'd a car back in the day it because you WERE going to race it ( there excuse for no insurance)) cops got turbo'd XE/F , watch the Aus movie ROADGAMES there a phase 6 (I think) turbo highway cop car. Long story short ford Aus was going to turbo the sixes way before the Barra

@@fyoutube9363 At one point DJR had a twin-turbo EFI Crossflow XF that was going to go into production before the insurance mobs killed it. AIT did a few factory-approved kits for the XD/F as well. There were a few mobs doing dealer-fitted turbo setups in the EA too but once Tickford became the in-house tuner the turbo gear vanished.

Bye bye Nissan Gloria. The poor thing wont ever be the same again. Originally with a Prince G7 2litre 6 cyl and a mighty 95hp. Owned one and while not rapid was a good cruiser. Not a fan of the conversion, being a purist, but appreciated the craft of the upgrade.
