Love the sleep mask idea!! Have several senior cats so keep low lights on for them even though I know it's disturbing my sleep. Will get a sleep mask pronto. Thank you!!

I haven’t slept through the night since 1992. Got fibromyalgia after the flu. Now I’m up 3-5xs a night freq urine (woman). On top of that 3am “Dawn” jolt of sugar n adrenalin . I’m just glad no one is counting on me to be productive.

It does not matter what you do externally, if your body doesn’t want you to sleep, then tough !!! As much as I respect the sleep doctor in his effort to help us, he is still young in age !

If you can't do lavender I would go with rose or chamomile. However any scent you enjoy will work because the goal is to have your brain associate that smell with sleep
