I would honestly like to see more of your positivity, just seeing how happy you are brings me hope of how things could be better in my life. I live in Virginia and its starting to get cold and rainy... seeing Hawaii, the sun and trees just makes me happy. I might not go to Hawaii but I could go to Florida :) I went there last year in the Fall and it completely changed my mood, It was great! Please keep these videos coming!

I was at the Sunrise Shack last April (UH tour with my son) and saw you and Travis ( and an older guy and younger girl) having a conversation, so I didn't want to bust in to your conversation. However I was tempted. Short of meditation, your videos gave me some good mana when I was recovering from multiple hip surgeries and complications. Thought I would never surf again, but things are working out. So we'll be back to the Shack in April this year. Thanks for what you do.

Going through your grateful list every morning and every night is a super power. I went through a bad divorce over five years ago. Very difficult and one of the tools I used to keep me balanced was to go through my grateful list every morning when I open my eyes and every night just before I fall asleep it’s very basic they calibrators to be grateful for the things we have not upset for things we don’t or the problems in our lives. Goa, the other one that helped me was the legend of the good wolf and the bad wolf. Look it up. Feed the good wolf inside of us. Good luck on your journey. You’re doing awesome
