Actually thinking about this more, I think my main issue with Doug's videos is his overwhelming enthusiasm talking to the camera about the cars while they are parked. The ford explorer talk hit me directly in the feeeeels! My dad got one as a company vehicle in 97 working for Radio Shack in Maine! Got a hand me down one at first, but then in 1998, got a brand new one. I thought we were the coolest people around. Those things for sure were everywhere in the north east.
