The “come a little closer” as was intentional, seeing as it’s funeral service. Also, the severed foot thing is actually because those feet were attached to people who drowned, but their shoes protected their feet from getting eaten by fish like the rest of the body. Still morbid, but at least it’s not a murderer with a penchant for foot removal

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was determined they all died by suicide jumping off a bridge into a ravine up river from the coast. The human foot is pretty loosely attached to the body, so as the soft tissues get eaten and/or decay, feet easily become detached. The running shoes they were wearing float, causing the feet to get swept away from the body and onto shore. Pretty gross stuff lol.

@@WubbaizyShipper1 dude you have a wubbzy and a daizy pfp cool also I was pretty sure they got the name from Spongebob unless they changed cause that show was here for 22 yeats

@@ljh10 This actually canon, from the episode "Cupid's Little Helper" at the end. She also smooched him the episode before, called "The Super Special Gift." Wubbzy x Daizy is my favorite running joke in the show, and the only ship I ship. I see you have a Daizy PFP. My MKDS emblem is a slightly pixelated version of her face. She's my favorite character, which is pretty controversial to say in the WWW fandom. She's basically Bubbles 2.0. Also, yeah I thought it was a SpongeBob reference as well.

Ads exactly know what they're doing because technically bad emplacements will make people make videos and posts and then they will get sponsored with no work to do, or maybe it's me overthinking...

Ad algorithms try to put ads on content related to them, based on similar keywords. Unfortunately (or fortunately) they aren't able to determine whether the context of that keyword is positive or not. Hence how you end up with an ad for a phone on an article talking about how that exact phone is a smoking pile of garbage.

My personal favorite was from a 1924 article about my great-great-grandmother’s murder. Her body was stuffed in a trunk and the article reporting on the case had an ad for trunks right underneath. Clearly some editor at the news place saw their chance and took it

A few years ago I was searching for eating disorder treatment, and I kept getting ads that said "BINGE MORE!" They were ads for Netflix or some other TV/movie site, but those aren't the words you want to see under particular circumstances.

The “come a little closer one” was on purpose. Why? It’s an ad for funeral services.
