And so, we get "Virtual Boring" ボーリング ("booringu") can translate out as bowling OR boring, and there's no way to tell without context. Also the fact that "Raws" is closer to the actual Arabic pronunciation than what most DC productions seem to use nowadays, which for some reason is "Raysh." I have no idea where people get that nonsense from, but it drives me nuts how in the Nolan movies they say Rā's correctly while almost everywhere else they say "Raysh." So, I assume they think that the different painted or ridged sections of a Pop-It are supposed to be the Player 1 and Player 2 sections, and you have to clear your side of the "board" facing up first before your opponent does. It would explain why there's only two paint colors on that one, which are evenly split into halves. From this, I infer the title is supposed to be a reference to how you defeat someone who stays in their 'home base' of sorts? And I guess the monkey is there as a mascot for the game, purely there for marketability, and to give the game they just made up some sort of character. I guess it _could_ work, but the game would obviously have to have some tweaking to just... _not_ have it last just >5 seconds total. What a strange way to interpret something that wasn't even supposed to have any sort of gameplay or group activity begin with. But hey, I guess fidget toys in the mainstream(other than Fidget Spinners of course) is a fairly new thing, so I can see why a toy company wanting to market on it wouldn't exactly understand the appeal or the use cases for a toy.
