Using real mechanics does actually help. In about 7-8 months of working out and improving my mechanics. I took my 40-yard dash on the football field from 5.75 to 4.56 at 5’8 155lbs.

Hey, I tried sprinting 30m on a half muddy track and when I came back I could see my footprints going sideways. Is that normal or do I need to keep my feet pointing towards my moving direction? The footprints are pointing towards like an angle of 30 towards each side especially at the first 10m
@frossbyte12928 ай бұрын
@MortiFr yeah i can run straight but my feet are just pointed in angles in opposite directions. i can still run straight
