I have and do so, and it still bothers me. I told a new friend that I could not count on them. Yes! It was truthful, and my heart still hurt. Because I know I hurt them. I sent a Card explaining that I do care for them. And I need to count on ride for a test procedure. I’m glad I spoke the truth no matter how hard it was. And explain to the person why I did it so they understand why I am that way. I wish them the best and we’ll see if they contact me. If not, I will move on . Opening my heart to new friendships always❤❤❤ peace and love to you and family and happy Thanksgiving🎉

“You have power over your mind, not outside of events, when you realize this you find strength.” Marcus Aurelius
@pot_kivach160 Жыл бұрын
I disagree with Marcus Aurelius on this one. *You have power over your mind to some degree, and you have power over the mind of others (outside events) to some degree* (me). This "degree" depends on your own mind power. When you realize this, you find/build your strength. PROOF: The success is a battle of Powers: yours vs external ones. So, the (battle of) Mind powers, too. A mongoose catches a cobra by controlling/defeating its mind. Mind of mongoose forces mind of cobra to give it up. Mongoose is not faster than cobra. Mongoose reads cobra's mind, and evades its strike just before it starts!! How one gets Power of their mind? By confidence. How one gets strong confidence? By skills. How one gets skills? By experience and knowledge. How one gets experience? By practicing. Practicing what? Practicing what they learnt. (I have more) --------------- _EDITS: All editing done 5 minutes after original post_
@warrenduffey1021 Жыл бұрын
Well said ! But I disagree with you disagreeing with Marcus- it's up to the individual to realize they do indeed have mind power and begin the journey of self reflection that explores the degrees of mind power they have in ( read all of Marcus Aurelius to find out) I'm sure he would have loved your mongoose example but don't people have more mind power than mongoose?? Don't put Marcus Aurelius or anything into your own personal context - Marcus should not have had to mention degrees of mind power ---but his statement will always be Wisdom and Truth- you can't have any mind power until you first realize IT IS A STRENGTH and that's when development begins - peace out young dude - ALL THE SPIRITS ARE BLESSING YOU NOW; WAKE UP;

@warrenduffey1021 _I gave you thumb up for speaking out_ . However, in order to continue the exchange of thoughts, you must sort it out to a comprehensive standard. Extra thought: A strong mind never worships a human.

This is so beautiful- and PRECISELY what everyone could benefit from by learning, leveraging and maintaining, most especially AND aptly on TG Day. One can’t give something away that they don’t already have. Self love…. is a key watershed ability and capacity that MUST be cultivated and maintained in order to achieve true joy, happiness and fulfillment. Too, once achieved one must give it away in order to keep it. Learning how to put myself first while maintaining proper, healthy boundaries in my life is EASILY my most difficult yet rewarding lessons. ❤

If you are harassing & stalking a person; that is NOT a display of love. It is a criminal act. No one is chasing a liar. Withholding information like I am still legal married; does NOT make you mysterious. At that point you are a con artist using deception to trick people. Playing mind games don't make you stoic but insecure. Abusing a woman makes you weak man.
@GSXR750wx8 ай бұрын
