That cheese cube doesn't look like 2 cubes. Looks like atleast 60 gms of cheese. That way the cost price is way too high. Itne mei readymade creamcheese aa jaayega. But overall the recipe looks yummy and I will definitely try the cheesecake but will skip doing such a tedious process of making creamcheese at home since there isn't much or rather any difference in the price
