I just made this for Christmas dinner! My brother and sister in law liked it, and they're not plant based! Also made mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, asparagus, broccoli, sliced cucumbers and sliced tomatoes, and your pumpkin pie! It was all delicious!

@@debbierisse5867 Hi Debbie, Most Nutritional Yeast has been fortified with synthetic B vitamins and folic acid, and one brand that Jill mentions, that's all natural, is Sari, although not sold in Canada. However, I've found another brand called Trim Healthy Mama's Nutritional Yeast, which is also all natural, and I'm able to purchase in Canada... I hope that helps!

I accidentally discovered making a “not meatloaf” when I tried your sundried tomato and olive bread recipe. 😂 My equipment and oven are different than yours so mine came out more like “a loaf.” We put ketchup on top and ate it that way. my sauce i use on top of my (much more basic) vegan meatloaf is just a modified bbq sauce really but i do like to spread it on the base of the pan first so i have that same flavoursome glaze underneath AND on top! gonna try your recipe now. im sure it will kick the heck outa my basic one. lol
