Rudy's lookin' better and better as he matures. He looks like he's an American (Field) Chocolate Lab, more trim/athletic build, not quite as block shaped as the English (Show) version. More high energy too. He sure was giving that weasel what-for. LOL Attaboy Rudy !! Extra cookies for the boy tonight. Ack... hope you don't end up with any nerve damage from your injury... it can take years for the tingle to go away. Hope you heal up quickly and w/o any complications. Good to see what's happening on your end Andrew. Stay warm.

Hi Andrew...yeah our linx are definitely down ...to the point we didnt take any in ne British Columbia where we are. We are curious where you sell your fur since north American fur auction closed. Last year we sent to wild fur auctions but have yet to be paid for our linx or marten from last year. It was a sucky year for sales with the covid crap that caused such a change in the auction processes but it's now another spring. So was just wondering where you sell to. Nice buck weasel. Hubby had one who would meet him at night as he drove back to the cabin on his snowmobile and would jump into the pack sack riding into the cabin beside hubbys ear. Then when skinning the beaver the weasel would have to be pushed out of the way till you could get his share cut from the belly fat. The Hay looks good. We guided in Alberta just south of the border for black bear around Steen River. Best bears we ever saw. Take care...love your videos.

The down cycle here usually lasts just long enough to affect the population one spring and if I remember correctly you didn’t catch to many kittens did you? Maybe if it’s anything like here this past spring was the year of the lowest cycle and the rabbits will come back come spring.

I got a tooth right through my lip one time, and had to go get a couple of stitches in the middle of the night. The doctor was nervous and stuck the needle all the way through my lip and emptied the anesthetic right into my mouth. I sat up and spat it out - it tasted terrible. The doctor and the nurses all backed off against the wall as if Frankenstein was sitting up for the first time. I had to laugh. Then it hurt like hell.
