Dear liz , im pretty sure you wont even be seeing this comment from a random 14 year old girl . But if you do see it, I want to thank you and i want you to know that you have changed my life and the way i look at myself. You are the most beautiful and inspiring woman i have ever come across and oh how grateful i am to discover your channel at the young age of 14. You have made me feel confident about myself, love myself and be comfortable in my own skin and you have helped me get out of a very toxic friendship . You are the older sister i never had. I love how she thinks about us, non native speakers
@demy61799 ай бұрын
Notice how she doesn't mention physical appearance, clothing, make-up or any other materialistic ways that are known for enhancing the way you look which is often associated with attractiveness. She focuses more in the spiritual ways there are to try, in order to become admirable and truly ravishing. Most people will tell you to go to the gym, try new clothes, make-up, hair etc. Liz on the other hand encourages us to try things that will help us feel better and more confident with ourselves and with confidence and power comes the rest. If you feel good about yourself you will also start taking more care of you and your body. It's not just the way you look, but mostly the way you feel. The energy you radiate to others around you. She also gives us tips to improve our communication skills and thus our relationship with people which is very important. Liz you're so inspirational, thank you for existing❤
@angelsub91849 ай бұрын
I have to disagree on this one. It's true she doesn't mention any superficial physical care, but most people would care about how other people take good physical care of themselves. Then, add with personality and manners like Liz's advice, you will become more attractive. Take care of the outside (appearance) as well as inside(personality).
@reverie21859 ай бұрын
Because she knows she looks good.
@demy61799 ай бұрын
@@angelsub9184 I'm aware that physical care plays an important role in your level of attractiveness and yes the people surrounding you (family, friends, partners etc.) will most likely expect from you to take care of your appearance. I never said you shouldn't. You should do all those things mentioned (gym, hair, make-up, clothes, skin care etc.). But most people will stop there. What I want to point out here is that it's hard for people who don't feel good about themselves to take care of their bodies. And even if they do, the fact that they don't feel pretty and keep doubting themselves makes them automatically unattractive. That's what also Liz mentions in the beginning of this video. Liz gives additional advice rather than just stating the obvious. I do agree that you should work on both, but without confidence which is more difficult to obtain than looking good, you won't be attractive.

@@demy6179 yes, which is why she differs from so many other influencers, they'll say go to gym, eat better, find your style, and you'll now somehow be confident!! but that is not true nor that easy, no matter how much someone can change themself they'll never look at themselves in the mirror and feel beautiful because they didn't work on their mentality, people will keep chasing for something that will never achieve, and potentially gain body dysmorphia disorder or its tendencies. liz doesn't act like that, rather she takes it in a different perspective, mental confidence IS what gives you physical confidence, its not focusing on the two differently, they are together. when you feel mentally confident, you would want to do what's best for your body, like eating healthier to nourish your body, being more active to help your body's endurance and to live a long healthy life, fixing mental issues like eating disorders, drug addiction, etc will make you not only feel mentally better, but also physically better, for example, if someone is eating healthier to nourish their body for more energy, and going on walks more to help clear their mind, they are developing new habits, they will FEEL better, but you know what also happens in that process? they will lose weight from how they where originally, and now they are a step ahead from the first example, because they aren't so physically orientated in their apperance. mental confidence gives you physical confidence, its never and will never be the way around :D i just felt like writing this cuz i went thru an epiphany

Liz your videos have become my guide on what I need to heal about myself. I am consistently working on myself, I pick up what triggers me and journal and talk about it until I have figured it out. It has been working amazingly, it has changed my life. There is one issue I cannot figure out how to deal with. My family triggers me a lot and I'm trying to find a way to heal so that I can spend time with them. I've tried telling them that their disrespect is not good for me, and it works when it's only one person I'm spending time with, but as soon as they get together everything spirals. I genuinely need help with this and I've been trying for a while now. Thank you for listening ❤

I want to get rid of my addictions and finally get better. I want to stop living the past and get rid of my childhood traumas. I feel completely lost and that’s why I started to watch you Liz. As I see how much you changed, how I imagine how insecure you must have been and how hard your life probably was and how bad you changed into a confident woman. I am just - wow. I am truly impressed because I really want to become the same.

that stuff is all important but remember to have fun in the process. I worried so much about trying to change myself at 14 that I didn't take time to appreciate what I already had. always do what's best for you but don't be afraid to just live and not worry so much about losing weight and outer appearances (unless of course it's actively harming your health). I also suffer from anxiety and going on medication has helped so much. I hope you find what works for you and everything turns out okay :)

Thank you so much for such advices.I think that I needed those advices step by step.Because every time you continue to talk about the topic,I was understanding the mistakes I've done.No one ever told me that I am attractive or not.But I hope that I am gonna work on myself and listen to you and make myself feel attractive.Because If I do this myself for the first time,people are gonna think like this,too❤

Always on point, it’s rare now to find youtubers like her, advising their viewers without pulling them down.

So, I have 3 older sisters and Liz reminds me of my oldest sister. She's so unapologetically straightforward without making you feel horrible, always leaves you with something to think about and helps you grow. She reminds me of my oldest sister so much! I miss all 3 of them :(((( We live so far apart now, I'm the youngest so they all left to do their own thing

There's something that she said that it's very true, about the skills communication bc I'm a Venezuelan girl with a basic English level and I love it when I'm able to understand whatever she said with the vocabulary that I have, so thank you so much Liz, you have helped me a lot to learn even about me in English, and I think that's beautiful

The smile I get as soon as I saw Liz on my YT FYP... She is literally so awesome. I love her SM ❤..... After watching the complete video I realized I have really - really improved a lot with my communication skills...Like throughout the whole video I keep on smiling when whatever Liz said exactly matches how I have been around with other people actually. When you get the control of your reality...you definitely feel powerful.

If you want to improve you English, search on youtube: "english for beginners", then find harder and harder videos. Dont watch this youtuber, she is narcissistic and sociopathic.

Hey Liz I absolutely love your videos and have been watching you for about almost a year now. I’m 15 and I get stressed out a lot and worried about things that sometimes I wish I could control but I can’t because life is not in my hands but the universe hands. I go to work and go to school and what I’ve learned from you is to have a balance about everything, literally. One thing that I always try to remember is that draining myself from certain arguments or situations that I cannot control is extremely exhausting and will not help me become who I want to be. Distancing from things that are not good for me is the best fucking thing that can help with being the better you or most confident.

I do all of this naturally because I actually find people interesting and I want to connect. People absolutely love me! Having said that it gets lonely because no one ever reciprocates or wants to get to know me really. I met a guy once who acted the way I did and I was blown away. My female friends are always caught up in drama and I just watch it from afar, never getting involved.
