Hi guys, I'm brazilian, from Rio. I was there that day, as I was also in 1985, at the very first Rock in Rio festival. Both shows were spectacular! This one you've reacted to was particularly splendid, as the sound engeneering was, as you noticed, cristal clear, loud, powerful and the band was working together as a symphony. I've been to many shows since very young age (the first was Van Halen, 1982, then KISS 1983) and I am sure that Iron Maiden presented the two best shows in my life.

Iron Maiden are my favorite metal band ever since I was 12 years old. Thank you both so much. Sincerely Lorenzo gig harbor Washington.

Is hypnotic with purpose. Please know that this mastery we see in music back then (still controlled today by elite) is too good. You think YOU can be a rock star?..NEVER unless you have the connections to these people. This men were put in music school since they were children. Money & power controls everything. Who then has this cuz it ain't any of us. These are not musicians that came from where we are at. They are connected either by blood or other ties that operate within this social club. Wake up ya'll! The more fans we are, the more money & power we give them! YES. Iron Maiden don't control all money brought in from concerts & sales. They are given a portion & the upper elite take the rest. This band works FOR these elite.

Iron Maiden really is the best Band in the World.. every song I'm like in another world, but not the same world.. it's always another world. I kinda feel like whem I'm gaming I see myself running in a Fantasy world, killing monsters and something like that 😂😂 in the Song "The Clansman" I see myself riding on a horse after Mel Gibson like in the Movie "Braveheart" and literally screaming "FREEDOM!" with him xDD the other two singers of Iron Maiden "Paul di'anno and Blaze Bayley" were amazing, too, but... I honestly think that Bruce Dickinson ist the best thing that could happen to them... He's a Genius and they all together are soo soo Idk how to say, they match perfectly together. I can't tell you how much I love this Band ❤😍😂😂 I needed to share my thoughts about them ty xD

From Umberto Eco's "Il Nome della Rosa" Italian famous writer . The X Factor of Bayley Period is a Masterpiece and i appreciated very much his vocal performance . This was the most darking sound album from them . This request is a Masterpiece i was thinking also to this song ! This X Factor Album is of 1995 . One request better than the other my friends . Love you so much and great requesters obviously . Only the solo around 9'15" is ok for the entire price of the very night Festival . Guys the t shirt of Suzi has a Cross Upon . Around 5'02" respect Sir Travis ! Also in my opinion it is indeed ipnotic ❤

That proggy part that starts around 7:10 reminds me a lot of the part of the much of newer Satellite 15 song about 3:10 in. You can tell if you are a long time Maiden fan that it is a typical Steve Harries writing part Those parts sound almost identical but the part in Satellite 15 song is faster and much longer and builds up to the very good "The Final Frontier" song that is the best song on the album with the same title together with the "Coming Home" song.

This in my top 5 Iron Maiden songs, I have allways prefered Maidens longer more epics songs, mostly because of the changes during the song and the story telling they do both with the music and the vocals. Each section of a Maiden song has a destinct purpose and ends so up so brilliant. If you have not heard it, you should really listen to Rime of the ancient mariner, the live version from 85 in long beach arena. Such an epic song and my all time favorite song, all bands and genres.

I love hearing Bruce's take on Blazes songs. Don't get me wrong, I like some of the songs Blaze did and its a shame his albums were poorly received. But I'm so glad Bruce came back and will still sing songs from outside his "era" of maiden. Because I'm fairly sure an example of a singer who won't is Ian Gillan. When he came back to Deep Purple all those years ago, he hasn't sung any songs that the person who replaced him did. I apologise o can't remember his name. But an example of an amazing hes never sung is Burn. And it's because its not his song. I may be mistaken but it's something I'm certain I've read somewhere before

@@markparkin5372 David Coverdale from Whitesnake (before Whitesnake) replaced Gillian. He's a different singer than Coverdale. I don't know that Gillian would sing those songs as well. There's no reason Rob Halford of Judas Priest can't sing songs from when Tim"Ripper" Owens was in the band.
