I can’t wait to see that in Australia, but I want to finish the Bismarck first……lol I pick up Issues 116 & 117 next Thursday so there isn’t too many Issues left to go. I still wonder why the motor vehicle models always issue the bonnet in an early issue and fitting it is much further on. This means that you have to carefully store the bonnet for a number of months. Having said that I am enjoying the builds. Just completed the Super Snake, working on the E-Type and the Dodge Charger. I also note that a number of companies are issuing the Titanic. Hatchette, Eaglemoss and, by the looks of it Agora. keep up the good work.

The simplicity of the front suspension/engine support frame was copied basically from the system used to attach engines to the most WW2 fighters. The bit behind it, the monocoque, was something entirely new for car construction. Jaguar were really at the leading edge of technology at the time so it's no wonder that Enzo Ferrari described the E Type as "La bella mechanica" (the beautiful machine).

I’ve built the E-type coupe, a couple of years ago, the wheels are the pain, having to spoke each wheel individually, it says in the instructions to use a thin piece of double sided tape, my advice would be to use super glue as once you get all the way round if you nudge a spoke can be a nightmare

Thanks for this video Wayne! I do enjoy them as I save them all if it's a car I'm working on. I got Pack #3 the other day, and it was interesting that they had not loaded the PDF instruction on the site yet. Usually, it's been the other way around as I'd see the PDF first, then I knew the parts weren't far behind. It's there now and I've since downloaded it. Looks as though I'll be collecting parts for the foreseeable future. I have shows coming up during '22 and '23, and I'm in the middle of building (1/25 scale) models for those at the moment. In fact, I'll probably not start on mine until I've gotten all the packs and then it may be a bit after that before I'll get started on it. Your videos will come in super handy at that point! 👌

I don’t think it’ll have one sadly. That’s one detail I wish Agora would’ve included. 😟 Maybe someone in the aftermarket can offer a 3D printed one?

Hi wayne. Just to inform you that I have just received my pack 4 of the E-type jaguar, and noticed that the parts in my packs 27 and 28 are the wrong way round. My pack 27 was the right brake suspension and not the left one as in the instructions. But the Caliper has a letter on it L or R so you can tell which is which. Hope this helps if yours is the same.

Build so far is identical to De Agostini,parts are identical,but in red. Think Agora have used the hard top mechanicals .Basicly its only the rear body difference. Not sure, but The real car had a different floor pan.

All of the parts are indentical because it' an exact copy of the dark Green E-type Jag. Apart from the Red bodypanels/that's it
