5 DIFFERENT CANONS OF THE QUR'AN - SERIOUSLY?
Muslims have always claimed that the 'Hafs' Qur'an Muslims use today was the same Qur'an revealed to Muhammad, and that it has never been tampered with by human hands, not one word, not one letter.
But we now know that simply is NOT true.
Dr Shady Nasser, probably the leading scholar on the Qira'at Readings of the Qur'an, has proved that there were 5 different times in the last 1400 years where different sets of Qur'ans were chosen by different men.
Starting with just 1 Quraishi Qur'an, chosen by Uthman in 652 AD, another 7 were added in 936 AD by Ibn Mujahid.
In 1194 AD Al Shatibi chose a further 14 'Riwayats'.
Then in 1429 Al-Jazari, the leading scholar on Qira'at historically, chose a further 3 Readers and 6 Riwayats, making a total of 30 different Qur'ans by the 15th century.
It wasn't until 1924 that scholars in Cairo, Egypt chose the 'Hafs' version amongst these 30 as the official canonical text which most Muslims use today.
Yet, the one which was chosen as the canonical text for the whole world in 1924 is not even from the same city, nor the same country as the very first one, the one which was officially created by Uthman in 652!
So, from 1 Qur'an, it went to 7, then to 21, then to 30, and then back to 1 Qur'an again, but one which was different from the first.
This suggests to me that the Qur'an we have today has gone through a great deal of changes, corruptions, and manipulations at the hands of men, proving that it really didn't come from God, nor from Muhammad, nor even from Uthman.
So, what do you think? Tell us in the comment section below...

The new thing that I picked up from this video is that Uthman couldn't have burned Qur'ans written in other dialects because diacritical markings and vowelization had not yet been developed for Nabatean Aramaic Arabic script. At that time, just after the Battle up North, the written language only consisted of consonants, and was only used as a memory aid. They could have written the Qur'an in different dialects using only consonants. The problem then would come if someone from one dialect attempted to recite from a Qur'an written for another dialect. At what point would they even realize it was meant for a different dialect. They could be interpreting the consonants to mean different words than intended and not even know it. With 7 different dialects, it becomes a 7 to the 7th exponent problem. There would be potentially over 800,000 different recitations.
@chrishoff402
@chrishoff402 3 жыл бұрын
Correction, it's really only a 7 squared problem, except then multiplied by every word in the Qur'an. Another problem occurred to me. That first writing of the Qur'an, after the Battle of Yamama, were the collected verses taken from all 7 dialects? If so, were they all accurately translated into one dialect. With only Consonants to work with, how did they know which verse fragments were written on that fragment of palm leaf or scrap of paper.

It’s about Moses and doesn’t mention Muhammed or a donkey. Jay Smith is too illiterate and al Fadi too blind to see, that masjid-i aqsa is the top of Mount Sinai and masjid-i haram is the bottom of it. You just need to compare the patterns with the ones in Exodus to realise. The sunnah and the sier-i nebi are two different things - one is are laws of behaviour, the other is a biography. If scholars and students from different regions met at the Hajj in Mecca every year it would have been easy to canonize a text and place a copy of this in the Kaaba. Seems this never happened, maybe because early muslims did not care as much about the Hajj and standard quran as they do today?

That's one option. The other would be that if you are the guy who does the talking, you have the power to tell it your way. When you canonize one out of 300, you'll have 300 possible losers as they have lost control of the spin. Which would be a very human explanation and thus my preferred. :)

People have been legitimately asking for specific examples of differences between the 30 official Qira'at Qur’ans so that they can look at them and assess for themselves whether they are different or not. Interestingly, we have already done that in previous videos, but not many people watched them all the way through. Below are three of the videos where I and others have already discussed specific examples of variants in the different Qur'ans: In August of 2016 Hatun Tash and I introduced and unpacked a good number of the variants which can be found between the two most popular Qur'ans, the Hafs and the Warsh in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6S8Znx-qb2riZo In August of last year I went through a variety of variants (begin at 1 hour and 15 minutes) to show just how significant some of these variants are: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJDZZ3Whrb6ne8U

I have a theory Jay, the Tang dynasty was the largest and often called most glorious of Chinese Dynasties ended shortly after 900 AD. Starting with the 7 early Qur'an dates and comparing these dates to major Tang battles [ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Chinese_wars_and_battles#Tang_dynasty_(618%E2%80%93907) ] there seems to be some kind of negative co-relation. The Umayads to some degree (at least) lost to the Tang with a battle cited in 717 AD shortly before all this writing started but given the silk roads long presence and dramatic (and escalating during this time if I recall) economic importance during this time and the locations you point out there's a great deal of possibilities for pressure and influence culturally, economically and politically that could have occurred. Again coincidentally there was a peace until around 750 when there were numerous battles for about 15 years straight before another break for writings. I understand there is a great amount of history in the west also that isn't so dissimilar with the Byzantine Greeks. It would make sense as a means of unification to write these and why the languages and writing may have been pressured to change around these times for this to occur.

@@davidchase1439 sorry dude, the bible was written by the enemies of Jesus’ followers. James was their leader and it’s very unlikely that only 12 or 70/72 ppl supported the messiah - there must’ve been tens of thousands of supporters, just like the bible speaks about that in the mountain speech, for example. However You see it, the gospels were written by anonymous authors, John had at least 5 editors and they were collected and labelled with names in 120ad - almost 100 years after Jesus - by Papias of Hierapolus. In 180ad, Irenaeus from Lyon decided those 4 to be canon, producing the need for two different schools of christianity: Antioch and Alexandria. We learn that from the letters of Origen and Augustine. There are at least 50 different christian communities with different Jesuses accordingly by then. They each use a different set of gospels, many times unaware of the other. We further learn that from Hippolytus of Rome and Epiphanius of Salamis. Unfortunately, books against the christians are basically lost like Celsus or Julian i, so we can’t really take a picture of early christianity from the bird’s eye view. For beginners, Trey the explainer has a very good video on the changes in the bible on his channel. Further reading on primary material is advised.

The Uthman narrative that Abu Bakr gave the first copy of the Abu Bakr Koran to Utmam's daughter Hafsa, sounds fishy. Why didn't Abu give the copy to his own daughter Ayesha ? Because Abu did not write any Koran. And since Uthman was now putting his first Korans together , he invented the narrative that his daughter Hafsa had the original Koran complied by Abu soon after Muhammad's death. Purely to give the Uthman's Koran authenticity. Why else none of the earlier compilations ever found ? The Arabs were able to conquer all of the civilized world and Islam cannot preserve the source of its theology ? Because there were no earlier Qurans. And as Jay says , the Koran was created after the fact , this is -- after the success of the Arab enterprise when the Arabs needed a theology to cement their place on the world stage.

It is fair and without any prejudice to conclude that the official Hafs Quran of today is not from Uthman, not from Muhammad, and not from A-llah. Too bad. Whatever it is, the miraculous Quran, cannot be the trusted Word of God containing the pure divine revelation of God. The only great miracle it has any claims to is that it has managed to deceive so many for so long ... but this is understandable if you consider the fact that 85% do not know how to read and understand it and are prohibited from ever questioning anything about it. The Bible is in a different class and different realm altogether for you are invited to read and understand it directly for yourself and even to search it out from its first chapter to its last chapter.

If you look at just the number of pages in a Hebrew Testament compared to an English one you will see more pages in the English. How did the English word approve come out of sprinkle of salt? What criteria was used? There is over 1800 years of written material produced by dedicated believers that helped in defining what is orthodox christian theology and understanding what faith is. The Greek word translated 'Faith' in English is a political phrase - I have been persuaded and is back up by the martyrdom of simple folk or saints who held their persuaded stance before lions, swords and crosses some turned into torches. Some theologies like Origen and Tertullian although highly thought of did not get the title Saint while others who were locally held in high esteem did. The complexity of Christian History for most just begins with the Reformation. Sad but true. If as you ask for, to explain the differences in Arabic only would not be helpful. Just listen to an Islamic scholar who will drop out of English and into Arabic without subtitles. I have the same reaction when Fadi uses Arabic and skips the English. However, he does with Smith get into the 'weeds' on some of the Quranic passages. You may be unaware that Al Fadi is a native Arabic speaker born in Jedda Saudi Arabia which means he speaks Arabic from the Quarshie Dialect and he was a Muslim.

@@pfanderfilms Abd al-Malik was born in July/August 644 or June/July 647 in the house of his father Marwan ibn al-Hakam in Medina in the Hejaz (western Arabia).[8][9][c] His mother was A'isha, a daughter of Mu'awiya ibn al-Mughira.[11][12] His parents belonged to the Banu Umayya,[11][12] one of the strongest and wealthiest clans of the Quraysh tribe.[13] The Islamic prophet Muhammad was a member of the Quraysh, but was ardently opposed by the tribe before they embraced Islam in 630. Not long after, the Quraysh came to dominate Muslim politics.[14] Abd al-Malik belonged to the first generation of born-Muslims and his upbringing in Medina, Islam's political center at the time, was generally described as pious and rigorous by the traditional Muslim sources.[8][15] He took a deep interest in Islam and possibly memorized the Qur'an.[16] Abd al-Malik's father was a senior aide of their Umayyad kinsman, Caliph Uthman (r. 644-656).[8] In 656, Abd al-Malik witnessed Uthman's assassination in Medina,[11] an "event [that] had a lasting effect on him" and contributed to his "distrust" of the townspeople of Medina, according to the historian A. A. Dixon.[17] Six years later, Abd al-Malik distinguished himself in a campaign against the Byzantines as commander of a Medinese naval unit.[18][19][d] He was appointed to the role by his distant cousin, Caliph Mu'awiya I (r. 661-680), founder of the Umayyad Caliphate.[11] Afterward, he returned to Medina, where he operated under his father, who had become governor of the city,[8] as the kātib (secretary) of Medina's dīwān (bureaucracy).[18] As with the rest of the Umayyads in the Hejaz, Abd al-Malik lacked close ties with Mu'awiya, who ruled from his power base in Damascus in Syria REF en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abd_al-Malik_ibn_Marwan

Begotten from the Greek means unique one of a kind, the only one, same as modern translations only the English is modern. Jesus is God where others are not, so we being sons of God is in a different sense because unlike Jesus as the Logos ( the visible YHWH) of the O.T, we were created by God YHWH, not Allah. The trinity comes from the O.T, so Allah cannot be YHWH, See Dr.Michael Heiser videos on the Jewish trinity from the O.T on Sentinel Apologetics channel.

According to Jay Smith is that he believed that there is really ONE ORIGINAL GOSPEL. Since he cannot find it, he assumed that the gospel of John is already that book. But his is only mere assumption. He failed to make any clear evidence to show that his assumption is correct. Hence, he has to show manuscripts in Aramaic as evidence for his assumption that the gospel of John is the already real Gospel of Pophet jESUs (pbuh). By his hasty assumption, he undoubtedly discarded the gospels of Mark, Matthew and Luke into useless books which have no more meaning to the whole Christendom, and hence not fit to be used as the basis of the religiosity of the Christians. If the letters of Paul are just mere tafseer, why is it they become the main core of the New Testament which comprised almost 90 percent of it. These should be written in a separate book. In the Islamic standard, no single tafseer is included in the Holy Qur’an. Hence, the letters of Paul must be written in a separate book. Historical Fact Jay Smith Try To Hide 1). Kufa the last capital of Rasilhidun Caliphate Jay Smith and his kind, always question why so many Islamic documents produce far from Mecca and Medina. Well it is no secret that during Ali Caliphate, the capital move from Medina to Kufa near present day Baghdad. The Change of Capital from Medina to Kufa In rajab of 36 a.h. (JANUARY 657) ALI decided to transfer the headquarters of his government from Medina in Hijaz to Kufa in Iraq. When law and order had been restored in Basra, he appointed Abdullah ibn Abbas as its new governor, and then left for Kufa which became, thenceforth, the new capital of Islam. So now you understand why so many developments in early Islamic Islamic Literature such as the collection Hadith or Tafsir of the Quran or Biography of the prophet took place near Baghdad far north of Mecca and Madina. This fact is something Jay Smith and his dubious panel of experts try to hide. 2). Biography of Muhammad Jay Smith said there are only two of prophet biographer namely Ibn Ishaq and ibn Hisyam. Ibn Hisyam explain clearly that he only rewrite or copying what was written by ibn Ishaq book 75 years earlier. Jay Smith only recognizes Ibn Hisyam, he don’t like to see anybody write something about muhammad biography closer to the time of prophet Muhammad death. He just want to see the prophet biographer written as late as possible. Ibn Hisham wasn’t the first, not the only one and not the last one. Ibn Hisham clearly anounce whe was rewrote Ibn Ishaq book 75 years earlier. When Ibn Hisham wrote his book, there was many of other historians, Authors and grandchildren of the companions. There is also hundreds of biographies of the prophet with different sources in Arabic, there is also many non Muslim authors who wrote about Mohamed. Here is a list of books before Ibn Hisham A : Biographer among tsahaba (Eyewitnes who know And speak to The prophet) * Sahl ibn Abī Ḥathma (d. in Mu'awiya's reign, i.e., 41-60 AH), was a young companion of Muhammad. Parts of his writings on Maghazi are preserved in the Ansāb of al-Baladhuri, the Ṭabaqāt of Ibn Sa'd, and the works of Ibn Jarir al-Tabari and al-Waqidi. * Abdullah ibn Abbas (d. 78 AH), a companion of Muhammad, his traditions are found in various works of Hadith and Sīra. * Saʿīd ibn Saʿd ibn ʿUbāda al-Khazrajī, another young companion, his writings have survived in the Musnad of Ibn Hanbaland Abī ʿIwāna, and al-Tabari's Tārīkh. B: Biographer among Tabiin (Story Received From Eyewitness) * Saʿīd ibn al-Masīb al-Makhzūmī (d. 94 AH), a famous Tābiʿī and one of the teachers of Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri. His traditions are quoted in the Six major hadith collections, and in the Sīra works of Ibn Ishaq, Ibn Sayyid al-Nās, and others. * Abū Fiḍāla ʿAbd Allāh ibn Kaʿb ibn Mālik al-Anṣārī (d. 97 AH), his traditions are mentioned by Ibn Ishaq and al-Tabari. * Abbān ibn Uthmān ibn Affān (d. 101-105 AH), the son of Uthman. His traditions are transmitted through Malik ibn Anas in his Muwaṭṭaʾ, the Ṭabaqāt of Ibn Sa'd, and in the histories of al-Tabari and al-Yaʿqūbī. * ʿĀmir ibn Sharāḥīl al-Shaʿbī (d. 103 AH), his traditions were transmitted through Abu Isḥāq al-Subaiʿī, Saʿīd ibn Masrūq al-Thawrī, al-Aʿmash, Qatāda, Mujālid ibn Saʿīd, and others. * Al-Qāsim ibn Muḥammad ibn Abī Bakr (d. 107 AH), another grandson of Abu Bakr. His traditions are mainly found in the works of al-Tabari, al-Balathuri, and al-Waqidi. * Abū Ishāq al-Fazarī (d. 186 AH) wrote Kitāb al-Siyar * Abaan ibn Uthman ibn Affan, the son of Uthman wrote a small booklet. * Hammam ibn Munabbih, a student of Abu Hurayrah * Asim Ibn Umar Ibn Qatada Al-Ansari * Ma'mar Ibn Rashid Al-Azdi, pupil of Al-Zuhri * Abdul Rahman ibn Abdul Aziz Al-Ausi, pupil of Al-Zuhri * Muhammad ibn Salih ibn Dinar Al-Tammar was a pupil of Al-Zuhri and mentor of Al-Waqidi. * Hashim Ibn Urwah ibn Zubayr, son of Urwah ibn Zubayr, generally quoted traditions from his father but was also a pupil of Al-Zuhri. * Ya'qub bin Utba Ibn Mughira Ibn Al-Akhnas Ibn Shuraiq Al-Thaqafi * Abu Ma'shar Najih Al-Madani. * Ali ibn mujahid Al razi Al kindi. * Al-Bakka'iِِ was a disciple of Ibn Ishaq and teacher of Ibn Hisham and thus forms a very important link in Sira between two great scholars. All of them were before Ibn Hisham so you can compare their books with his.

There is other Authors/Historians who lived in the same Era like : * Al-Waqidi, whose surviving works "Kitab alTarikh wa al-Maghazi" (Book of History and Campaigns) and Futuh al-Shamhave been published. * Salama ibn Al-Fadl Al-Abrash Al-Ansari, pupil of Ibn Ishaq * Abu Isa Muhammad Al-Tirmidhi wrote compilations of Shamaail (Characteristics of Muhammad) * Ibn Sa'd wrote the 8-volume work called Tabaqat or The Book of the Major Classes; he was also a pupil of Al-Waqidi. * Imam al-Bayhaqi, wrote Dala'il al-Nabuwwa (Proof of Prophethood). 3). Prophet biography is not holly book Jay Smith he compared the biography of the prophet (sirat Rasulullah) with the Four Gospel. These Gospels that contain biographies and sayings of Jesus, are the holy books for the Christians. Jay Smith ridiculed the biography of the Prophet Muhammad which he falsely accused written 200 years after prophet death, while the Bible was superior because it was written for 60-110 years. Well the sirah rasululah (prophet biography), as explained earlier, start being written by three of his companion after the prophet death. Muslim do not make too much noise about this early writing. Unlike the Christian who consider the four Gospels, which are Jesus biografi as holly book, the Muslims never think of the prophet's Muhammad biography as a holy book .... hahaha. For Muslims, a biography or Sirat Rasulullah is not a holy book, it is only a book on the history of the prophet's life... Hahaha. Only Christian made a biography as holly book... Hahaha. 4). Only the Quran is holly book for Muslims The only thing called the holy book in Islam is the Quran, the book that contains the word of Allah. Something like the quran, a revelation from or word of God, does not exist in Christianity. That the Quran is the word of God is very clearly asserted in the Qur'an. There are several verses and this one of them. QS. Al-Waqiah (77-80) ”Indeed the Qur'an is a very noble reading, in a preserved book (Lohmahfuz), it does not touch it except those who are sanctified. Descended from the Lord of the worlds” Christianity does not have a revealed sacred book like the Quran. All Gospels are like hadith of Jesus (biografi and saying about Jesus, not words of God). In the four Gospels, you will not found Jesus saying that these Gospels are the word of God. Jesus did not know that there were four gospels, moreover, there were hundreds of gnostic gospels and pseudo Apocrypha. 5). Gospels are not written by eyewitness Jay Smith repeatedly saying that Mathew and John are Gospel writer who are eyewitness and Luke And Mark received from eyewitness. Oh ... really, well you can find picture like this in the internet. This picture made by Bible experts who understands languages and writing styles used by Bible writers. i2-wp-com.cdn.ampproject.org/i/s/i2.wp.com/www.thesciencefaith.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/SOURCES-OF-THE-GOSPELS.jpg?w=450&ssl=1 That figure shows the four gospels all written by many people from unknown sources and they copy each other. With the copy paste history like that, how it is possible Mathew and John gospel both written by eyewitnesses ???. Can you explain that Mr. Smith .... hahaha.

25:00 "There were no Jews in Mecca/Medina..." Excuse me? We know for an historical fact that there were not only Jews and Christians in the Arabian peninsula, but that there was actually a Jewish kingdom (Himyarite) nearby, in the area we call Yemen today, that was conquered by the Christian kingdom of Aksum (Axsum) a century before Mohammad's alleged lifetime. The idea that these Jews disappeared within a century, i.e. by the lifetime of Muhammad is not believable.

25:10 The fanciful tales of Jesus and the Jewish prophets that are found in the Quran were not "children's tales." They are traceable to apocryphal writings by heretical Christian and heterodox Jews, and were taken seriously. For example, many of the Qur'anic stories of Jesus can be traced to the Infancy Gospel of Thomas. Also, many Christians have been confused by the Qur'an's statement that Jews worship Ezra as the Son of God. This is traceable to Jewish apocryphal writings that discuss the concept of "Son of God" as a Prophet who did not die, but was instead "translated" alive directly into heaven. The Bible (OT) recounts this happening to Enoch and Elijah. But, as a significant figure associated with the renewal of the Biblical faith an ongoing Jewish tradition held that Ezra was also translated alive to heaven, and was thus considered one of the "Sons of God." The writers of the Qur'an falsely assumed Ezra was worshipped like the Christian Jesus.

Good presentation from strong academic believers. I am surprised at the number of Muslim comments. For a time there were none or just one or two. We have some returning commenters with their typical Polemics or bring up the same old kanards. One should always point them back to the information in the video to relate their comments to. My assessment is that they are afraid to do so. I would be surprised if anyone did. It would be refreshing if that happened because you are using their Islamic scholars. What was that about Hafs... a lier and thief with no hadiths by him accepted? Almost like a Gospel from Judas Iscariot. (wink) Keep up putting the light of examination on the growing list of Qurans. But then Quidi said 'They are All the Quran'. Yup, you betcha all the dozens and dozens of them. Has anyone did a comparison of recitations worldwide? That would be interesting. I would hazard to guess that there may even be ones that combine several Qurans, like Warsh and Qaloon or Duri and (insert name). It would be of interest to learn from the 37 approved Qurans which ones matched for how many verses. There maybe a code where a 'master' Q is buried in the words or diacritical marks and Christians found it.

@Eli Sheets With all the information that has been presented in the last two years across numerous channels and Yasir Quidi's admission in June 2020 that there are holes in the standard Islamic narrative really shows it is in tatters. Was there a Muhammad? Most likely but that name was more likely a title or nickname, meaning it could have been given to anyone. However, the most telling aspect of all the information coming forward in the last two years is that EVERYTHING from coins, linguistics to social and diplomatic interactions along with reported military clashes, the events from the early 600 CE to 650 CE all point to being in either the Levant or near Ctesiphon (that became Baghdad) not deep in the Hejaz. What I find most interesting is that the Abassadis (sic) were Persians and would do the standard hacket job on any Umiaded (sic) heroes pumping out thousands of says of the messenger. Do really think that a man would squat to urinate or stink of his spent semen? They fit a disinformation campaign which eventually backfired on the ruling Persians who need the armed muscle of the Arabs and they swallowed their own swill. This also fits better with the Sunni Shia split over leadership of the Uma.

Translations, not versions, and i don't know how many there are, for eg, there is KJV and ESV, Bible is same, verses are same, no change, difference is in English, KJV is very old english, a little difficult to understand, but ESV is new english, easier to understand, there are many translations like that. ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭98:1‭-‬4‬ ‭KJV‬‬ [1] O sing unto the LORD a new song; For he hath done marvellous things: His right hand, and his holy arm, Hath gotten him the victory. [2] The LORD hath made known his salvation: His righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen. [3] He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. [4] Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: Make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭98:1‭-‬4‬ ‭ESV‬‬ [1] Oh sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. [2] The Lord has made known his salvation; he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations. [3] He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. [4] Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises! Only the English language is different, Bible is unchanged, unlike quraan.

There are two accounts for prophet Muhammad basically one view says he was from Ishmael direct descendant the other says that the brother of jerochim married Elizabeth later after zackarya died from their children came Aaron , Aaron was ordained by lord to travel to mecca he went there as a missionary he married a lady of Ishmael descend and so 600 years after Christ came Mohammed from the common three descend Ahle-beit , isaac and Ishmael.. so to conclude that prophet Muhammad was entirely meccan won't be exactly true but true partially.

2). Big Lie about Thirty Different Quran Jay start his lie by circulating false statements 1) Quran is eternal (which is wrong) 2) Quran is uncreated (which is not) He repeats these two over and over again like crazy man 🤪. When Quran first written (meaning it is not eternal and it is not uncreated), it was written in skeletal text (rasm), without dots and vocalization. In this skeletal form, some words may be spelled differently, depending on the dialect of the reader. Christian Polemicists are very fond of distributing lies about 30 different Quran by showing 30 cover page of the Quran, but they never shown any page to page comparison between 30 different Quran they collected. They showed only cover page, and shows some verses of similar skeletal text but read slightly different. They want to give false impression that two variant reading of the Quran is like two different Gospel, where every pages from two gospel are different. In reality the differences are so insignificant and they sometimes enrich the meaning

Christian Polemicist big lie about Qur’an!! Christian polemicists like Jay Smith, Al Fadi, and his kind, try everything they can invent to make false stories about Quran. They repeat the same lies many times. 1). Quranic reading variation is a Fact Reading Variations in the Quran is a fact. Muslims have known this fact for more than 1400 years. Here is a good video on Quranic reading variants kzbin.info/www/bejne/bpnNaKhme5ise8k Muslims have known these reading differences since the time of the prophet, At that time, the prophet even said that all readings are correct, because the Quran was revealed in seven ahruf (reading) style. Muslims everywhere believe that the present-day Qur'an is the same as when it was revealed more than 1400 years ago. The Qur'an is codified by people who know the Prophet and had been ordered by the prophet to write Down verses of the Qur'an. During the recitation of the Quran in public, variant readings are often read sequentially. Here is an example hafs and Sousi variants read sequentially kzbin.info/www/bejne/sGKXlYpsmbStprM So this reading variant is not something new, and Muslims have known this variant for more than 1400 years. In reality the differences are so insignificant and they sometimes enrich the meaning. 3). Seven Ahruf means Many Dialect The word seven in Seven Ahruf is like seven heaven. Seven means many, ahruf is not really clear but from the context of the prophet saying it could be understood as dialect. A well known and easy to find an example of ahruf is the subtle difference is the word Maliki (ملك) in verses 4 of the surah, al-Fathihah (Opening). In one dialect it be read as malik meaning king, in another dialect Maalik meaning owner. Both are correct, Muslims are free to choose which one they prefer. Since it was revealed until now, the word (ملك) Malik has always two ways of reading and two meaning. There is no theological difference because of that. Quran is preserved, even the variant reading are all preserved. In a book entitled Bridges’ Translation of the Ten Qira’at of the Noble Qur’an. Explains clearly reading variants, between 10 qiraat of the Quran, and they are all can be found here. drive.google.com/file/d/1m10_NMvgx5Nsma_d1NXjYpL2otAWrgEx/view It It is clear that all variants reading between ten Qira’at can be conveniently put into one book by adding footnotes. In each of the pages, the position of one or two variant readings. This Book Clearly shows that the Quran consists of only one book, not 30 books. This Book truly shows How amazing Quran preservation. Even all variants reading reported exist since at the time of the Prophet they are all preserved. 4). Exactly The Same Quran, Meaning ? What is meant by exactly the same Qur'an is the Qur'an with the same rasm (skeletal text). The reading may be different depending on the dialect. To guide people read according to a particular dialect, people add dotting and vowelization, and such additions occurred about one hundred years after the Quran was first written. Ask Jays Smith and his kind, to create videos showing the first ten pages of four Quran that Jays Smith called different Quran, let’s say Hafs, Wars, Sousi and Qalun. He will not do that because the skeletal text is the same but some word reads and means slightly different due to dialect. The same thing happens when reading today's Arabic newspapers. Although the skeletal text is the same, the reading may be different depending on the dialect. Without dotting and vowelization, People in Maroco may read some words and understand it differently from those who live in Oman. 5). No original Uthmanic manuscript is not a problem. Christian Polemicist often questioned the absence of a quranic manuscript from the uthmanic era (7th century) as evidence that the Quran is no longer authentic. So why the Christian Polemicist ask this silly question, because If we ask them, where is the first century Gospel written by the disciples of Jesus. Nobody can answer that question either. This question arise because Christian Polemicist realised that Bible is not the word of God, it is written by man and it has undergone many changes. Well..... we quite understand their feeling. Here is a confusion made by jay smith. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eYrHYqaVptGBobc I think Christian Polemicist are envious because the Bible can never claim to be word of God a holy book whose authenticity is preserved like the Quran.... Ha ha ha. The existence of the early quranic manuscript cannot be used as an indication to measure the authenticity of the quran. The main reason is because the main source transmission of the Quran is not mushaf (manuscript) but by memorization the whole Quran. Quran is in fact the only sacred text that be completely memorized by people. This video shows someone that produces three copies of the Quran from memory (see at 3.00/3.50 min) kzbin.info/www/bejne/p6GYhal_rq97pbM The practice of producing a complete Quranic manuscript, totally from memory, has been practiced for more than 1400 years. Most of the written Quran before the invention of printing machines were derived from memory. The widely used Quran in The world today was derived, not from written manuscript (mushaf), but from memorized Hafs Recitation that put into written form. This standard Quran printed in Egypt in 1924, and now used by 95 percent of Muslim world including Iran) 6). Uthman Burning of Quranic Manuscript Christian Polemicists often questions the story of Caliph Usman's order to burn Quranic scattered manuscripts. This isn't strange because even today Muslims still burning I'll-written, I'll-printed, and scattered disorganized Quran manuscripts. They burn it in public every year and nothing wrong with that. Standardization of the Quran for the first time is important. After the death of the prophet, Abu Bakr, the first Caliph, appointed four committees consists of prophet scribers who also memorized the whole Quran. This committee was ordered to find the scattered Quran from various sources and compile them into a single manuscript called Hafsah Manuscript (named after prophet widow) Twenty years later, Caliph Uthman, The third caliph appointed another four committees consists of the remaining prophet scribers who also memorized the whole Quran. This committee was ordered to recompile the first written Manuscript (Hafsah Manuscript) and also find the scattered Quran from various sources and compile them into a single standard manuscript called Uthmanic Manuscript. Uthman then ordered people to burn all scattered Quranic manuscripts and ordered people to follow the standard Quran written and read in Quraishi dialect (used by the prophet). Caliph Uthman then ordered the committee to make several copies of the Standard Quran and send the copies to every province. Every copy was accompanied with someone who memorize the entire Quran to teach people how to read and memorized the Quran. As the caliph (head of the state) Uthman has the right to burn scattered Quranic manuscript that does not conform to standard text. The existence of scattered disorganized Quran manuscript will confuse people who read it. standardization is modern way of thinking, Even today everything is standardized. Uthman action was praised by every Muslims throughout the history. Not all scattered manuscripts were successfully burned, few survived. The Birmingham Quran manuscript is a parchment on which two leaves of an early Quranic manuscript are written, is probably part of scattered manuscript that survive. In 2015 the manuscript, was radiocarbon dated to between 568 and 645 CE. Since the Uthmanic Quranic standard was completed around 650 CE, the Birmingham parchment was written before Uthmanic standardized the Quran. The writer may have known the prophet personally. Upon closer inspection, these portions is very close to the form of the Qur’an read today, supporting the view that the text has undergone little or no alteration and that it can be dated to a point very close to the time it was believed to be revealed. 7). Dan Brubakers work on Quran Corection prove Quran preservation Dan Brubaker has done a good job on analysing correction in early Qur'an manuscript. This correction is based Quran that memorize by people more than thousands years ago. Althogh corrected more than thousand years ago, the corrected version is very similar to Hafs Quran printed in 1924. Christians polemicist misused Dan's finding by circulating a big lie about corrections in the Qur'an as a prof that the Qur'an is not preserved. When someone asks Brubaker how similar early Qur'an are? The answer is YES by and large they are very similar. Watch the answer starting at this time 2:30/15.40. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXiqhIewmJJoj6c So big lie propagates about quran by Jay Smith, Hatun Tash, David Wood and their ilk has been busted by Brubackers finding. His finding prove that Quran is preserved.

Every Prophet had a miracle to show the people he was sent to. The Quran is a perpetual miracle for ALL to witness because Muhammad is the last Prophet sent to ALL of mankind. One part of the miracle is that it is a memorized scripture and the WORD OF GOD so a paper book is not needed. Every early Muslim had memorized the entire Quran during the life of the Prophet and the God given power of memory is part of the miracle. Even today, millions of Muslims memorize the Quran from cover to cover and practice reading it from beginning to end many times during Ramadan along with studying the tafseer (meaning). Blessed are those who hold the word of God literally in their heart. That is the Holy Quran.

Jesus invites everyone to search the Scriptures. That is deeper than just reading and understanding it. That was a very bold statement. I wonder why. As for the Quran, you are prohibited from reading it and interpreting it. Only guarded scholars are allowed. All translations are quickly reduced to “transliteration” and any attempt to search or question it is greeted by a death threat, violence and a thousand fatwas. I wonder why this day and night difference between Mo and Jesus.

You'd think if it was really from God, that it should be consistent! But how you speak in one area could be very different in another.

How I earnestly wish that there is now an ORIGINAL ARAMAIC GOSPEL because I am dying inside to read it. I hope there is a translation in English. It's hard to read it in its original form in Aramaic. I don't know that language. I think Aramaic is much harder to read than Arabic. I believe that this Gospel is a book of spiritual guidance from God. Unlike the 4 make-believe gospels, their contents are purely biographies of Prophet jESUs (pbuh) but with a huge hole in the accounts of his life covering the primetime of his age. From what museum or library can we find the original ARAMAIC GOSPEL? Is there any original manuscript for it? I am urging Jay Smith and his cohorts to produce that book as soon as possible so that Muslims and Christians alike will be enlightened. -09-11-23

JS, you can make umpteen videos , but nothing or whatever you do cannot change the destiny of Islam , and the present unchanged Quran is the miracle of miracles , destined to enter every home ...Allah: Today I have perfected the religion , as a mercy to mankind , and chosen Islam as your religion ... JS , your are drying your throat as you regurgitate , for the last 20years, and cannot destroy Islam ( which you claim you would do in your lifetime) as it grows stronger day by day and has grown 79% since 911.Dude , I see desperation and damage control but to no avail as you grow older and into oblivion , you want to challenge the Almighty as the best foremost protector of his Deen . You are becoming a joke with this fake exmuslim AlFadhi ., Get your act together and join forces with Blogging Thelogy to keep a lasting legacy behind .
