Am sorry for this guy but I think he just needs to draw a line and move on. A woman with issues like these are not worth the hassle. I had a very similar situation with a woman that have a 3 now 4 year old daughter from a 6yr relationship that ended about 2 yrs ago, but we only dated for 5 months not 4 years, so a big difference. She left, but not to go back with her ex but because she thought we where different on a certain subject which I thought it was a made up story but nonetheless I accepted and moved on, but she came back a month later. When asked her what is happening with us, she got startled which I did not like so I prepared myself that it might not work out, she started acting avoidant so I left. Odd enough she started reaching out but I never asked her again to meet as I could not trust her anymore and I was cutting the chats short. At one point I stopped replying to her and she did not get the hint so I told her to leave me alone. Very strange considering that it was her to end it in the first place, and then she ended being the one chasing me. When a person does not know what he/she wants, you are better off without them as you will never know where you stand with them and that is not healthy for a relationship.

ok, gonna give my view here from my own experience as female: here is another example of ... avoid long distant relationships!! .... they are, in themselves, a red flag . as a person working on healing my own insecurities, I can see in my past that I did ldr's as a way of being "safe" even tho I was miserable in them. they are a fantasy.. and looking back I wish I had valued myself more to know that I was worthy of a REAL ,in person relationship. oh yeah and for me "that time of the month" is NEVER an excuse to not have sex.. the secret is that: if she is really attracted to you .. she WILL have sex with you during that time. it is actually very good therapy for menstrual pain! men do need to learn this..

I was in this situation more than a few times through out my life. My latest incident was that l got caught up between two men. l went back and forth between them about 2 years. I was having this toxic dance. Any time things did not go well or my needs did get met in my current relationship, l was leaving for the other man. It was very hurtful for all the involved parties. Neither of my lovers were safe and healthy. And l was not feeling safe to them either. When l did not feel safe, l went to the other one to stay alive and got the comfort that l needed. We all collectively and unconsciously created this toxic triangle. l knew l was not in a healthy relationship but l did not know what it was. It seems like playing a game to some outsiders but it was not. All l knew was that l was so much in pain. There is no way a normal, healthy person would leave a good relationship just to fulfill a fantasy. There is always fundamentally some thing is wrong with the relationship that makes the partners unsafe. In the lack of it, you search for other alternatives to to survive and sooth your pain. Yes, we were not healthy enough to create a safe relating. My awareness and the acceptance of my situation has helped me to a self healing to become a better version of myself in the hope that l form healthier relationship with myself and with others.

No, don't do that. Keep them on your social media, post about the positive things in your life. This will make them regret dumping you. A few of his recent videos about making an ex regret dumping you mention this. Social media is a great tool if you want to get your ex back. It's an indirect way of getting their attention. Stop contacting them directly, you need to do no contact!

Just keep reminding yourself that no contact is your strategy, it's how you will get her back in the end. You won't get her back if you keep contacting her because she will see you as low value, as an option she can always go back to. No contact will make her feel anxiety which is what creates desire, as Coach Craig says. I am so at ease with my no contact now that I've accepted it's the only thing that works! My ex was not responding to me when I tried to contact him a few weeks after the breakup. I broke no contact recently but only because there was a violent incident where he lives and I wanted to ask if he was ok. This was after 2.5 months no contact. I was surprised he replied within minutes and let me know he was ok. (I think this is one of the few true exceptions to break no contact... sad reality of the world we live in.) Now I am back to no contact. The fact he responded quickly made me see no contact does work to make someone feel more comfortable responding to you. They can see you are no longer chasing them and respond to you as an equal. Good luck!

After two days she return to her ex saying that its all my fault thats why we broke up(we talked for a little bit and she said to me that she never love me, she tried to love me but she cannot let go of her ex, she blocked me in social media and in her phone after she came back to her ex). Saying bad things to me just like what she did to her ex(which is many of them is not true) that she came back. And also her mother and sister wants that ex for her. She, her mother and sister also says that i only used her weakness just for us to have a relationship. I did the no contact, after two months she called me asking for friendship and also wants to hang out with me together with our common friends, i talk to her as if nothing happened to us but didnt accept the friendship that she was offering. Until now she didnt contact me after that, its been two months since her last contact to me, im not expecting her to come back to me. All i want to do is to improved myself, follow excellence in all aspects in life especially my field of work and become the best version of me. By the way its been 4 months since our formal break up (until now i was blocked by her in social media, i know because of our common friends, we have a group chat in that social media where in she and i was a member,and i know that she blocked me because i cant see her account, i dont know about the phone because i did not contact her).

My ex emotionally cheated on me with, then left me for her long distance ex from when they were 16 that happened within a year. She and I have been together for a couple years. The guy is married and with a baby. She left me almost a month ago, and days ago drove to the guys state and then did more stuff with him. She said they have a real connection and we have nothing. She also wants to move to his state too. This seems so impulsive and selfish and she is avoiding our issues.

@daval husen she actually left me for this chubby guy instead but after 2 years and a half I finally got the chance to communicate with her about the kids cause I had no contact with her and restraining order so I'm glad I get to pick up my kids cause the way she made it was by third party which sucked and finally that's over she still with that guy but I'm glad she's giving me the opportunity to see my kids more! something I been waiting for for so long and I'm a good person don't know why she put me through this trouble over some guy... 🤷

I have a question. I met my ex on a social media platform , we became super good friends as we spoke for like 5 months and then slowly we realised we mutually love each other. So hence began the LDR for 5 months approx, everything was fantastic , but one fine day, approx 3.75 months into the relationship, she began to get distant, i didnt exactly catch the signs, but finally after 5 months she dumped me, as she said, exactly after the 3.75 month period she SUDDENLY lost interest. I asked her, how s that possible, and apprently this happened to her before too. So now she dumped me and wants to like give me space. I thought as she dumped me , she was the one needing space. I told her this too, that i should give u space, she said "oh no, not at all, absolutely!" i dont actually want u to go anywhere, but if u need space to forget about us, i totally understand and am willing to give it to you" so WTF is happening? I thought i was supposed to give them space as she dumped me??? i think she wants us to become close friends again or idk wtf is going on in her head, someone help

Coach Craig and Coach Margaret.. This video seems very possibly what happened to me. My Ex and I were together for only a few months, but she was still living with her ex as I told coach craig in our skype. She said he was moving out in the new year 2017, he still hadn't before our break-up I don't know for sure, but It seems like it very possible she went back to her ex. They have a son together. It was weird.. after she left me initially a few weeks later was messaging me saying I miss you.. Then suddenly I was Ghosted!! I think she's Narcissistic and Avoidant attachment.. Then to add insult to injury, just a week or so ago after I was FINALLY Starting to let go, she messaged me just saying R.I.P Tom Petty. (Which I'd Heard) Then NOTHING again.. I mean SERIOUSLY!! What was the point? Can we say indirect/direct approach? Anyway I will be planning another skype with you Coach Craig soon.. Thank-you both for the great advice and help Kevin
