They Somehow Reopened this Neglected, Vacant Hotel (New Kuta)

I can't believe I'm actually saying this but despite all odds, the site has just reopened mid 2024 (reduced capacity at the time of writing). Never did I think it could come back from years of closure and the condition you see in this video, let alone in such a short period (less than 12 months). It appears as though it has been a bit rushed as the exterior is still in disrepair and slated for renovation. Whilst it's great news for such an epic site/location, I have seen this before where troubled spots have reopened only to close down again and inevitably meet the wrecking ball. Here's hoping New Kuta is a rare exception, can get back on its feet and return to its former glory. Sure would love to revisit it and actually stay there, would be a major spin out!
