1. add magnesium to your morning diet-- almonds,cashew nuts,walnuts and hazel nuts and seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds,soya seeds after having warm water take lemon juice with chia seeds, 2 include calcium in lunch like curd,panner and leaf vegetables 3. protein rich snacks --boiled pea nuts, chana,roasted gram, hummus 4. Milk with tumeric before bed 5. weight bearing asanas-- ekapadasana, natrajasana-plank pose,vajrasana,sarvangasana, skipping

Hi I live in the Fiji Islands and I watch all your videos and I love them all the way you explain everything it is so easy to understand and follow. Although I am new to yoga asans but I am trying my best to do some easy ones. I would like to request if you could tell me something about swollen ankle I have ankle pain but only on my left ankle and it is very painful. Please respond to this. Lately I've come across much info that people who drink lots of milk, they still ended up with Osteoporosis. Why is that? Could it be that in North America, the milk is Pasteurized and not Raw? What type of milk do they have in India?

Mutton chicken fish beef eggs and pulses are the best source of protein. Alhamdulillah I am Muslim and enjoy these all for my health and my diet is very tasteful .

Inverted poses are detrimental for those of us with gastritis or oesophagus issues, stomach acid flows into the oesophagus and can cause serious issues

So many things. Put it in your smoothie. Put it in your coffee/chai/turmeric latte/herbal tea/any drink. One way I like is just blend raspberries or strawberries or whatever fruit you like: and then mix in the chia seeds. You can add them to baking, as well as raw baking (no cooking desserts) To milk or to cream shot Also skip the lemon: can you have orange or grapefruit? Wb passionfruit or lychee? Explore ideas&Find your favourites
