My 9 year old has severe food allergies and not able to consume most of the foods. We have diet consisting of ghee, coconut oil, nuts, milk, bananas and water melon - primarily. He has started consuming small quantities of jeera, coriander seeds, turmeric and pepper as well. He is above average in his age category and growing very well. Smt. Hansaji's videos have helped him to set a good daily morning routine and daily food eating habits. Thank you Guruji!!! You have inspired him to good health and good practice.
