When making my daily oatmeal/ porridge, I add one spoonful of ground flax and one spoonful of chia seeds to the oats, along with plant-based milk, cinnamon, allspice, and chopped fruit. When it is done cooking together and bubbling on the stove top, I'll get a healthy dose of fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals to start my day.

Doing an overnight oat recipe will retain more if the vitamins than cooking on the stove. Also I personally would suggest eating flaxseed and chia separately because the enormous amounts of fiber in the chia seed can prevent the absorption of the omega 3 and other good fats in the flaxseed...

Just I watched a video in that, he suggested, not to take raw it will harm you, seeds or raw powder either roast or soak for overnight, but in another video it was said that take only raw seeds if you heat the seeds it will lose nutrition values, Please reply me, I need correct suggestion because one of my family member is suffering with high level cholesterol in blood. If you want to be young forever. Eat this every morning: chia seed putting made with almond milk, with raisins, 3 dried dates, mango’s, mixed berries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, ground flax seeds, real creamed honey drizzled ontop. And eat this everyday. It’s so good for you and gives you so much energy. Also a cup of green tea on the side with honey too. My hair, skin, Body, everything is so youthful I lost 120lb and barely have stretch marks. Flaxseeds are good for helping to deal with prostate issues. I have a tablespoon added to a granola and mixed fruit breakfast, add a tablespoon to soup and add to baking bread.

@padmapadmaramesh4251. Madam hope you listened to the video carefully, she told it will relieve constipation. She told it may create metabolism issue hence suggested to take in grounded condition as powder and to start with reduced qty. You can try lesser qty than what you are taking now. Still if you face any challenge split the reduced qty half in the morning and half by afternoon. Avoid taking in night. Over a period 3-6 months time you can slightly increase qty after a month. Start with half teaspon in morning and afternoon for a month. Then increase 3/4 teassppon in the afternoon alone for second month. Third month 3/4:spoon both morning and afternoon. Like that you try to increase marginally and adjust your intake of flak seeds.
