Hi sweet loves, Watching this video back I realize there are soo many cuts and thats because I had almost 3 hours of footage that I wanted to cut down to a digestible length lol. I could talk hours about each pose and practice but didn't think my lengthy explanations and experiences would be too interesting. Was also kind of mellow because I was on the first day of my moon heh but all in all I hope this was relaxing & insightful Thank you for being, just as you are xx

i love waking up everyday and dropping to my knees in front of my altar, praying to everything greater than me. doing yoga if not right after i’m finished praying, after i take my dog outside. drinking water, reading. checking in on myself, how i’m feeling. when i shower, imagining myself being showered with love and embodying a purification process. life is just cool lol i don’t want to treat it any less. showing up for myself whole first is a practice i’ve pushed aside for a while but it feels so good. i feel more loving and giving to others when i do this

Thank you so much for always creating this safe space for us 🤍

I like to collect leaves and flowers when I'm at a new place or after a new experience and then I press them in my sketchbook. After a while I come back to them and simply remember. Once I have found a suitable place for the flowers (a letter, a new drawing) I glue them in. I started this mindful habit as a child and never stopped, and it still makes me just as happy. 🌻

First thing I do in the morning is some simple stretches and then I go outside for 20-30 minutes. I keep a nature diary and write about the natural things I am experiencing in that moment. Watching the balance of nature that is all around us makes me feel so grounded and I carry that energy with me throughout my day. :)

I just purchased my seed order + I’m so excited. One of my goals for this year was to invest more in my health and not feel guilty about it. The amount of money I can needlessly spend shopping doesn’t make me think twice, but spending something on my health that’s going to benefit me long term has me questioning “if it’s really worth it.” This is the exact mindset change I’m trying to cultivate in 2022. We deserve to fuel our bodies with love and good things💜

Hitomi thank you so much for this! I'm only at the beginning of my own journey, and it does sometimes feel like spirituality and meditation are only for select few out there, or can't be done unless you are already good at it naturally. Which is absolutely not true. :) Also YES it's so important to have someone around who doesn't give advice or teach you what to do when you're experiencing difficult times, and just LISTENS. Perhaps simply listening without judgement - both to ourselves and to others - is the most important thing we can do.
