A 2TC with one of these: Plasma monkey fan club Bloon master alchemist Total transformation Ultra juggernaut (bonus points if it is on a map where it isn't good at) Any of the snipers, now idk how many sniper combos were beaten, the only ones i've personally tried were both with PoD (one with E. Defender, died on 94 iirc, and another with cripple moab, which died on 98) XXL trap You could also do a 2TCnC (2 Tower Chimps, no Crosspath) where you can't crosspath your towers, and only stick with the main upgrade path

personally i think a good way to showcase buffed towers would be to try harder maps with a strategy focusing on the tower in question. while 2 megapops and 2TC are fun challenges, you don't really get to showcase how a tower can fit into a more complex strategy. 2 megapops in particular tends to fall back on a lot of similar strategies

I agree with this. Also the same couple maps get stale pretty quick, especially when only using 2 towers. I still enjoy the content but I usually skip to the end of the 2tc chimps videos because they're all essentially the same (micro till you can afford upgrade and then just pass rounds to 100 with very little micro if any), and I just wanna see if he managed to do it. Would much rather see more difficult maps and unique challenges that don't involve geraldo lol

Yeah I have to say, I agree. Seeing a tower in 2tc runs doesn't really give me perspective of how good it is in a normal run, or what it pairs with super well, and 2mpc videos are super cool until like the 3rd one where I already know what's happening, and I usually just stick around for the interesting commentary, or stop watching like 1/3 way through.

i personally like 2tc over 2 megapops because of the greater limitations of what you can do, 2mp feels more like just a geraldo item spam run whereas 2tc you have to focus on covering weaknesses, good micro, and money management with the upgrades

Fantastic video, mate! I am a bit indecisive on what's the best way to showcase new buffs. I personally love both formats and don´t think 2tc are boring at all, all the "easy" rounds make it more fun to see the harder ones. On a, maybe, separate note, your videos about new 2TCs that have never been done before are by far one of your better works and certainly among my favourites bloons videos of all t. Keep up the great work!

I thought/think the buff applies to archmage regardless of crosspath as he gets the fireball and dragons breath when you upgrade him, even if you have bottom path or no path at all, and the patch notes even say 5xx which implies it's not crosspath dependant

Do you think a Pat Fusty 2TC is possible? A combo with him and WLP has been done on logs on update 25. A Pat 2TC would be pretty interesting to see you do

I could test it, but If I remember correctly it was only possible then because in update 25 there was a glitch where pat 3 let wizard hit camo purples for early game. So idk if its possible at all anymore

I personally enjoy the 2TC more than 2MP, imo most 2mp tend to be most similar in the sense of use x, y, z and most towers can to that point. 2TC will inherently be different because it's impossible to use the same strategy each time.

A thought I had lately about these kinds of videos was, maybe you could try doing 2TC or 2M pops on Alternate Rounds with Chimps combined? 2M Pops would probably be the easier of the two but since you need camo so early, it most likely will always involve a ninja or something.

i would say 2 megapop challenge is alot more interesting since you have alot more variation in tactics and towers to place, 2tc is alot more rigid

I would say that 2tc has a lot more strategy. 2mp is pretty simple, get the tower done and use the same selection of buffs Everytime

You ll obviously try to do 2TC on last resort, But I have a different challenge, do a challenge on Last resort, but use only the water spot, play impoppable, selling is allowed, give yourself extra 1000 to remove the water, beast handlers are allowed...

I personally would like to see limited space late game challenges. I think cramming in a bunch of farming towers and then cramming paragons and tier 5s as optimally as possible is really fun to watch.

Wait so is the archmage’s best cross path the middle one and not the bottom one? I usually go bottom because of the extra range but i didn’t know which one is better

Middle path is more damage and lead popping power, whereas bottom path is more pierce on main attack and camo. The saveup to 5xx (aka 3xx and 4xx) I'd say bottom crosspath for camo, since it just lets you cover a wider variety of rounds, but if you have camo covered elsewhere then 520 is better damage, and although the main attack has less pierce it is made up for with wall of fire's damage.

Razor rotors can damage ddts with its lead popping rotors, although damage is minimal. I recommend doing another bloonarius prime with boomer (glaive lord 502) and heli pilot (Apache prime 520)

Having ur Heli targeting the first cerams on logs is not optimal. Because it utilizes pierce very poorly like that. I was keeping my Heli mostly on the bends and behind some cerams to maximize dps

I know Logs is, arguably, the easiest and longest map and is great for these challenges but I really hate it. It's so ugly. Poop brown, puke green swamp map. Ugh... Again, I get why everyone plays it but I'd rather fail a challenge than ever play that map.
