I don't know what's more impressive . . this guy's physical control and grace, or the fact that there are zero negative comments on a KZbin vid. Kidding, seriously that's the most impressive and obviously sincere testimonial I've ever seen. All the best.

Let me tell you a little bit about gymnastics I may be a little bit biased but I was a former gymnast in high school and I really enjoyed it I just turned 64 August 6th I have rings in my tree and I'm working to get my own cross back again the point I'm making gymnastics is a very good fitness exercise at any age as long as you do it properly and safely you'll be successful okay I'm going to sound cliche but it is so true age is only a number and quite frankly gymnastics truly is the Fountain of Youth if you agree with me give me a hoot don't have a great evening and remember Rome was not built in a day take it one step at a time

@@gmbfit thank you so much for your reply like I told my beautiful girlfriend I don't care if you throw a ball against the wall the trick is to keep moving and working your cardiovascular I have to tell you something funny I used to be a fitness trainer my student would say oh my goodness the weight is so heavy what should I do so then I replied put the. Weight down and then he looked at me with this perplexing look and I explained to him it's not how much you do it's how you do if it's to the point that you're struggling and breaking form it becomes detrimental to your training and your accomplishments so the point I'm making is it's important to take everything one step at a time and you will achieve a great deal I'm sorry I talk so much I hope I didn't take too much of your time but thank you so much for your reply God bless and have a good evening
