Good luck! In my experience if your using them for bait anything under 10lbs is best. Once they get over that weight there’s less oil and blood in the flesh and it doesn’t work as well

Can i still catch carp and buffs with this pack bait even if I just smush it on the hook with a few shot no feeders

It’s possible. The bait really just attracts the fish to the hook bait. Make sure you put corn or bread on the hook. Without the spiral pieces I use, you can put the bait on the weights
