That ending broke my heart! Those were all great ideas, I wonder what happened?

I like the new intro, directly stating that you travel to the country to fix businesses. Very cool.

I don’t think she is business minded. It takes a different mindset, eat what you hunt.

Great video Mike ! These videos should have more views. I like the non lawn care/landscaping videos a lot. Some good insight and cool to see other industries. Would love to see a big company ($10M+) on the turn around show!

Man, I really liked this one. I like that you went over her whole sales process and not only the internal struggles of the owner.

An entrepreneur in her situation should and would be finding every possible way to bring in more kids to the centers. She is either not the right person to be selling or not motivated to make it happen.

My sisters went to a Mathnasium for a few months, I think it helped them! Mathnasium has a system and process, luckily the general US educational system follows a system to the letter. Competing in the ai/online world is difficult. She seems like a good person and I truly wish her well! If I was trying to go into that segment, maybe more of a math-themed/educational help-safe afterschool juice bar? But the parent company would not like + radical + unproven in US.

We have one of these in Minnesota 3 miles from my house. Its on a small strip mall near a Cub grocery store. A few cars are always parked in front.

Great video. If you can do more non-lawn care/home service businesses that would be amazing. Appreciate this is your core business though

THe problem with targeting wealthy people is they tend to be smarter than people with lower income. They in turn have smart kids who need high level tutoring, which she doesn't seem to excel at....

Here's a tip...when talking to a mentor who is providing free advice on how to save your business....maybe put your phone away?

Here's another tip .... People use their phones to take notes.
@garycox75085 ай бұрын
@@AdalidCortes if she was taking notes like that, she was the most inefficient note taker I've ever seen. Funny how scrolling and tapping 2 or 3 times constitutes note taking. I'm going to say nope.. she was reacting to messages. And that was an inefficient use of time at best, and seemingly pretty disrespectful behavior.
