Nice looking ebike . To rich for me though , especially at only 1000watts rear hub . USB slot? Wasn’t that extinct many years ago? Everything now is USB-C . Holy cow 😮 . Just saw that its a 48v pack ??? For $3000 , not even if it where made of gold .

So old school Carbon was definitely prone to breaking due to the usual complaint of it being 'too rigid' but the technology has come so far. These days carbon fiber is stronger pound for pound than aluminum in resistance testing.

@@Scotmend It isn't and if you watch Matts video of this year's Redbull Rampage just gone you'll see how many carbon fibre wheels he broke. I've a very good friend who's worked at a carbon fibre place for many years, they do parts for F1 cars and many other top secret projects and his opinion of carbon fibre over aluminium for MTB frames and wheels is definitely aluminium for strength and longevity. There was alas a very good vid only a few years ago where all the world cup bike mechanics were asked carbon fibre or aluminium and out of all those that actually answered the vast majority ssud definitely aluminum for strength.
