You really should take the tire off and look at the inside of the rim. It could have elongated the holes causing the rim to be bad. Also the lugs and nuts only need to be replaced. The spindle should be just fine.

I just recently had a car that was only making noise after letting off the gas that sounded like something was loose, checked the strut, axle , brakes and couldn't figure out what was wrong, finally went to see if the axle nut was loose so I go to take the wheel off and 3 lugnuts were backed halfway off and the other 2 were barely more than hand tight. That lady was lucky (or smart) to come in when she did, the tire shop that put the tires on about 3 months ago probably forgot to torque the lugnuts.
