Evening all! Tonight it’s the first instalment from this year’s Canada series… It’s quite rare that I’m fully content with my videos believe it or not, but I think these are probably the eight best videos I’ve ever made…with the exception maybe of episode two, that one’s a bit naff…but I’m pretty sure the rest are as good as I’m capable of…so I very much hope you enjoy them… As always thanks for coming back and for all your support this year, lots of love, your old mate BMF :) *Also, I’m still in Texas right now so if I’m still a bit slack getting back to comments, I apologise…but the videos will be worth it…I think… **This video series was filmed ten weeks ago.

I started watching your videos as a guilty pleasure but am now hooked. I was over weight by a lot and have tried a few diets and they did little to change my position. Not to mention I received a lot of criticisms about how much food I eat from friends and family which didn't do well for my confidence so I had started trying to cut out food by fasting which put me in a really bad place health wise. I do not blame anyone for my choices as I know obviously I am responsibly for my situation. I wanted to tell you all this because you inspired me to take my weight more seriously, well I should say take myself more seriously. Seeing you confidently eating large amounts of food in public to me was crazy cool and the fact that you can in fact still keep your weight and still indulge is fantastic. Furthermore, I went to seek help and as it turns out I have a fast metabolism. All I needed was to workout / train and change what I have been eating. I have now lost more weight then I thought possible while being able to eat till I am full. While I am no stud YET, lol, girls have started approaching me and I feel better physically and mentally. I moved to an area with parks and trails and if I don't go to the gym I will run no matter what and it has been a fantastic experience. While I have no want to compete in food competitions I will keep watching your videos as they are damn entertaining. I wish you the best in life and I have a lot of respect for you. As soon as I get my shit together I will donate back in some way to show you how big of a change you inspired. I hope to come cheer you on at one of your competitions at some point. I would say I want to meet you but I am shy (something else I am working on) and don't want this message to come off any weirder than it already does, lol. Please do not feel the need to respond as I just felt you should hear my story and let it add to all the reasons your channel is important to you fans.
