It's actually a totally different game, in many aspects. Reg tables are more raw, real poker. Players can figure you out, adjust, corral you into that one ball breaker. Fast folds, you rarely meet friction, its much more gto, math. That's how I see it. So, I mostly play FF, soI can engage more, steal lots of small stuff Strengths are more exaggerated in FF, it's harder to get trapped, cz you are so used to folding and just moving on. In regs, you feel more committed to your investments, and under a rifle scope.

that 2nd hand with 65s i agree at 100bb you can fold pre but once your a bit deeper like 140-150+ it becomes a mandatory call imo.

RnC can be pretty demoralising at times. Might start mixing in some reg tables.

The KQ river value bet spot vs the weaker player. I definitely agree with you that yes, the hand likely is not worth B75, but checking would be a big mistake. The data and framework I have to play vs recreationals is that river x/r by them are very underbluffed, and they don't do it nearly as often as they should frequency wise. So we can definitely expand our value betting range a bit, and go smaller if the hand is worth smaller, knowing we will have a very easy decision if they raise us.

15 VPIP is on the other end of the spectrum, the good thing about 65 is that he has no board coverage on low text- and might overplay his TT+.

I play 8 reg tables and get about 725 hands an hour. When I used to 4 table zoom I'd get about 1k hands. I play a considerably higher VPIP and PFR in reg tables so I'm essentially playing very similar amounts of hands. It's much easier to target recreational players as well as to gain info quicker from regs. You can choose to move tables if you find yourself in an unfavourable seat and never have to sit with just regs. I will never go back to zoom tables...unless all sites impose the ridiculous max 4 tables at a time nonsense.

I like reg tables more as well. The exploits against the fish are insanely profitable when you have a “history” between you and them. Win a few hands against a fish and they tend to spaz out.

Poker always has been and always will be predatory. The shift over the last decade towards it somehow being bad is quite absurd. Find good games, grind them, get the money and try to make as close from your play in BB/100 as the site is making.

it has to be if you expect to win, its a game at the end of the day there are winners and losers at anygame anybody who sits at the table has agreed to gamble the money so we shouldn’t feel too bad

I’ve been studying loads and need to get back to the volume. Uk player and I’m really unsure where to play. I’m thinking regular tables on gg poker or zoom stars (25nl). I’m not too bothered re rake but don’t just want regs. I’m using it to learn and hobby and the money won’t be enough to care about or be the whole aim. Gg lack of hud use maybe a big factor

In the 65s hand I would like to say, a fish with 75vpip is losing at MINIMUM 100bb/100 and could be more like 150 200bb or even 400bb for some maniacs

I disagree with the Q high flush analysis 12:50, we still have a very strong hand and the nitty pool on GG will underbluff the turn and river so raise is even better on the flop even if it's unbalanced, I'm probably raising that hand like 90% of the time if I'm playing on GG even against regs, sure he might have a K high flush sometimes but he still has many other lower flushes, sets,two pairs or offsuit Kc

GG poker has built in Preflop charts in rush and cash?? I have never heard of this before

Is this for real? I had to rewind and check I'd heard that right! I guess they just gave up trying to fight RTA and just built it into the game!!!

Is a setting in GG Poker on Rush and Cash but maybe all, not too sure where people can up the software to automatically do an action with a certain hand, not looked too much into it tbh because you never should be doing this Preflop as you want to make different decisions on the table based upon players in the hand, however players, especially Recreationals can do stuff like this.
@dominikborno4133Ай бұрын
@@Petty-Cash its just an auto fold feature, idk what that has to do with RTA since it makes you even worse. Its a chart yes but with no value its just a chart of all the hands so you can confirm which you want to auto fold the software pre and which not. Nothing even remotely with strategy in there
