Toured them and the units are so small for the outrageous price and let’s be honest amenities aren’t anything because whoever rents will use those amenities all of 4-5 times the duration of there lease term

Most of the clients that I've leased here really love the amenities and use them often. As for the pricing, Brava is constantly changing its pricing so that could be based on when you toured. I know they've made some price adjustments recently. Also there are tons of options out and properties currently being developed. I know every market is different however, in Houston, nearly every single apartment will require some form of proof of income. That can be bank statements, check stubs, tax returns, offer letter from employer.

The market is competitive; but in your opinion, which complex(es) offer the most for the money -- in terms of quality (build/design, appliances, and finishes), layout (for someone who will work from home), parking options, views, noise levels/privacy, amenities, etc.

I’ve been sitting on that type of video for a while, I just didn’t know if someone was interested in watching something like that- initially Hanover properties come to mind but there are soo many others , will definitely have to make a video on this in the near future

@@houstonhighrise I suppose I may be in the minority; but I work from home; thus I spend a great deal of time in my home. I understand that some things I'd like are considered "high end" - but I'm willing to pay for it and I realize it limits options of where to live. There are some things that are difficult to assess (even for you as a content provider). For example: noise levels (are walls/floors soundproofed?) - I'm on video conferences and barking dogs, outside noises (construction, sirens, etc) can be a major distraction and annoyance. I also like assigned indoor/garage parking -- I'm willing to pay for the convenience, ya know? -- and most units don't mention their parking options at all in their descriptions. In Chicago, several complexes had a Whole Foods connected to the building -- does Houston have any akin to this? If known, these 'extra' nuggets of info are extremely helpful to someone like me.
