Very beautiful and calming . I doubt the disappearance of pain though - that very much depends on the actual pain.

Ive just found this channel innitially a bit confused as to why master shi appeared on so many channel anyhow it doeant matter as long as I follow him and practice how he helps me and hopefully to cure my frozen shoulder on the right side thank you so much from thailand
