For red key ultra secret is usually attached to a room that two other rooms can touch/access. So corners, for example, are usually great places to check because two separate rooms could touch that meaning the ultra secret is more likely to be attached to it. So far as I am aware, room type (treasure room, curse room, etc.) has no impact on ultra secret.

(if there is no boss in the room it generates 1 orbitable poop. if used in a library, shop, angel room or demon room, it will generate 1 Orbitable Fly, Gold, Holy, or black, respectively. if used anywhere else not mentioned it will spawn 3 blue flies and a normal poop just below it and consume only two charges. orbitable poops: I'll give you a quick explanation why I'm tired: fly poop: summons a blue fly every 3 seconds golden poop: turns everything golden in a small area when destroyed (including items) holy poop: having it gives you an all stats up instead of down after losing a body life Black Poop: Confuses all enemies in the room for 3 seconds when destroyed. birthright effect: "connected with your spirit" every time he takes body damage he gains 2 random orbitable poops and when he loses 3 orbitable poops he recovers 1 body damage. (Also increases max orbitable poop to 12 and body damage to die to 6 I think it's ready... what boredom does to human beings... hold on I've never gotten to try this but wouldn't blood bombs Pyro be infinite bombs granted you have at least one red heart? Blood bombs let's you place bombs even if you don't have any at the cost of one red heart of damage and pyro would immediately regenerate that health as long as you stand within the blast

Heck, you can check the wiki, this synergy is listed in Pyromania, as a way for the player to have "infinite bombs", provided they have red heart containers
