It’s also insane that LL and the British driver claimed that the officer mocked the driver’s co-called “speech impediment,” when 1) there was no speech impediment, and 2) the officer was actually simply laughing at the driver thanking him for giving the driver’s phone back, whilst the officer said “you’re welcome.” This was after the driver had called the officer a predator and such. If anything, I’m surprised that the driver’s hairnet wasn’t mocked lmfao. Who the hell would wear that when off the job?? 😂 P.S. I thought it was also insane that the guy who was put in handcuffs had the audacity to claim in his speech at city hall that his wife and son were victims of excessive force by the police. The cops did no such thing.

@@anti-ethniccleansing465 unwanted touching is classed as assault - its stupid but that's the law. There is no doubt that the man had his rights violated, was placed in cuffs unnecessarily, was kept in cuffs for no reason, was threatened with arrest without committing a crime and received a citation on his record despite doing no wrong. As for the British guy, im pretty sure he knows when he is being mocked or not. It would be hard to determine from audio and we dont see what he saw - however, maybe the nervous laugh of the man just happens to be identical to the cops laugh.... I mean its possible.
@anti-ethniccleansing465
@anti-ethniccleansing465 Жыл бұрын
@@scottythedawg Sorry in advance that this response is going to be on the longer side, but it’s because I’m going to go real slow for you and anyone else who might struggle with comprehension, and I’m going to expand on a few points too. You didn’t read what I wrote correctly when it comes to the claim of excessive force. Read it again. I said Chris claimed that the police used excessive force on his *WIFE and SON.* Yet you kept going on about the police handcuffing the husband/dad as being considered assault, completely missing my point. What a joke. *The cops never laid a finger on his wife and son.* He also claimed that neither he or his neighbor wanted a trespass warning of one another. Yet we weren’t shown any piece of evidence where his neighbor said they didn’t want Chris trespassed. Maybe LL edited that portion out of the footage, but it doesn’t make any sense whatsoever as to why LL would cut out such a _MASSIVELY_ important part of the story. And as far as the British guy goes, we were shown the body cam footage that supposedly shows the mocking. LackLuster (LL) even repeated the part of video evidence that he wants us to believe shows the “mocking of the driver’s speech impediment” and LL also slowed that part down to stress it and make sure we understood what was being said. LL clearly had access to the bodycam footage of the incident, but chose to only show us the part he felt proves the driver’s claim was accurate, as well as what happened just before that/what led up to that claim being said (hoping we wouldn’t notice that the evidence LL is sharing with us doesn’t at all show the officer mocking the driver/much less mocking a speech impediment). *In no part of the video does it show the British guy even having a speech impediment, nor does it show the cop mocking a speech impediment. Thus, the British driver lied on his police complaint form, and that’s exactly why the police supervisor or chief (whoever investigates police complaints) said as much - that there’s no evidence for that claim.* The British driver _ALSO_ claimed the cop “profiled” him. What was there to profile?? He doesn’t fit into any of the profiling categories I know of. Again, what a joke. Funny how the formal written complaint doesn’t mention *anything* about the cop ticketing him for an infraction that he didn’t actually commit, considering the fact that the driver was also claiming on scene in the body cam footage that he didn’t commit a traffic infraction, supposedly because he saw the cop was watching him. I don’t appreciate people lying, and _ALL_ parties have done that here in this video: The cops, the guy who got arrested when he addressed city hall (as I’ve explained in detail), the British driver (again, as I’ve explained in detail), and even LL himself by not being honest about the British driver’s claims versus what the video evidence shows us. LL also claimed one of the officers sped on the way to Chris’ house, when there’s nothing showing how fast the cop was driving from what I could see, and we can’t even tell from the footage where exactly the cop is, much less see any of the speed limit signs around the cop car. LL seems to be confident making claims without showing us undeniable evidence that proves his claims.

That means I have witnessed approximately a hundred and twenty thousand bad police officers!! Officers like these used to be the minority, but speaking from my own experience, the admin always protected them. Their stats were high and that's all the admin cared about, not what they did to get those higher stats. Officers like these are the ones training all the new cops and you can see the mess they have made. I no longer even recognize the field of LE and what it has become. Thank you for being a good cop. I do think we should abolish qualified immunity. The crazy thing is, for a time, cops were going after what they called sovereign citizens. About the only sovereign citizens in America are cops. I would instead institute a nationwide insurance requirement for cops and remove qualified immunity from them. If the state or county wanted to step up and defend, more power to them but most likely they would not do so if they were insured. It would not take long for insurance companies to ban bad cops from insurance. They have the motivation to protect stock holders. A rogue cop would quickly become uninsurable. This would remove the vast majority of tyrants.

Get an anti-cop jury to bankrupt that officer even if it wasn't excessive force. It just has to look bad and a jury who know nothing about police work can ruin a cop's life. Ambulance-chasing "civil rights" lawyers will love it. Police departments already settle too many flimsy lawsuits to avoid court fees and satisfy the anti-cop mob along with the media/politicians who use these cases for notoriety and political gain. Ending qualified immunity will further the hands-off policing we're seeing, such as in Chicago where cops aren't allowed to chase suspects in many instances. That is if there are even people willing to be police officers at that point. That isn't police reform, it's police disbandment. Then lawyers can sue the gangs or private police who fill the vacuum. If it was really 4 months between the job getting done and them starting to complain then I'm sorry, but Chris is right. They gave them a go to clean those trees up and should've inspected the job after it was done, because then the contractors could probably be asked to fix if possible (of course if they cut too much then they won't be able to fix that, but maybe somethign could've been done). Chris, or should I say, The Chris was on his property (the whiny female neighbor didn't say otherwise, so I think we can assume that), it looks like his neighbor initiated the argument and that should've been the end. The cops were right on one account, it was the neighbors husband that was the only one that actually did do something that could've been classified a a crime when he told the operator "Go there or I'll knock his teeth out" Anyway let's hope we have peaceful lives and never have to call the cops, because sometimes the cure is really worse than the disease

Props to the guy for standing up for himself, I find it insane that in this day and age the police still freely interpret the laws and enforce them in ways that are clearly unconstitutional and are able to do so without any fear or punnishment. It's not even a "law" in the traditional sense. There was no proposed bill, no majority vote, or even a formal public comment period. It was created by SCOTUS, not the legislature. But the legislature could eliminate it once and for good by doing all of the aforementioned.

Qualified immunity will never end so why keep saying it needs to end. We the people need to take action against the thugs/ police who abduct and kidnap law abiding citizens. Also take action against these Karen's who call 9/11 when there feelings are hurt. Lawsuits don't work. Reporting these tyrant's doesn't work and allowing these Karen's to use the police to handle their beefs doesn't work. So other action is necessary especially civil disobedience. When tyranny becomes law rebellion becomes duty. The problem is there are too many snowflakes in this country and not enough men with balls to stand up for what is right.

Well I absolutely agree but I do want to say something and here is good a place as any. To me this doesn't seem like a cop problem. These seem like good cops that were trying to solve a problem as best they could. I don't think their intentions were to mess somebody over or to violate anyone's rights, and to me intentions are almost as important as the actions. They just didn't know any better. This seems like a training problem. A lack of knowledge problem. As opposed to a lot of other videos I've seen. To me these are problems that can be fixed. The ones were it's just bad cops out to get somebody those cant be fixed. So I just think it's important to point out the difference

Good rule to live by. There's a clip making the rounds of a couple of new mexico cops responding to a domestic complaint at the dead of night. When his wife runs hysterical to her husband, they unleash fire upon her. Its unknown whether she survived.

So the only people in this video who actually committed a trespass were the cops when they refused to leave Chris' property when asked, and the only one who practiced any de-escalation was the victim's (Chris') wife. The most telling part of this story is Chris said "I don't want to sue the city/police because I want to give to my community and not take from it" - I think that says a lot about who the good guy in this story is doesn't it
