In this Pod I came away thinking a lot about the context behind the young man who travelled from the other side of Ireland = imagine him confronting the momentum of the event you were attending, but still he had the GUTS to walk up to you and tell his story. Where is your audience from that road less travelled - you are one that walked that line. I love how you feed an audience, but mostly it is a known audience; or an audience in a ‘know bubble’. I am interested in what you and your team would feel about inserting some space of wisdom into that ‘know bubble’, creating ‘a tool’ to co-op knowledge and philosophies to those minds who have not yet realised the HOW. I literally live 5 mins cycling away from the UNTIL Marylebone building and never heard of it! Love your videos and podcasts! Found DOAC recently, valuable and appreciate the work that is put into it. Thank you. A couple of days ago found Behind the Diary, what a gem! It looks like you maintain a pretty grueling schedule which made me really appreciate the message you sent your team after meeting the gentleman that traveled four hours to meet you in Ireland…you don’t always see the impact of your hard work…it matters…its an honour…and privilege…. Why I love the weekly DOAC BTS: - Completely on theme: Epitomised the concept of 'Diary of A CEO' in vlog form showing your viewers Stephen's diary, literally, as well as some of the thought processes he goes through, what Stephen and the teams weeks looks like with no BS. - Educational - Informative - Inspirational Also nice to see the team culture DOAC have created amongst peers. And it is clear how much Stephen prioritises/scrutinises his own leadership in order to create an environment for colleagues to excel. Fav Colour = BLACK

Black! Also, I will say such a great way to look at not being middle of the road. So many people (myself included) sometimes struggle with the fear of being disliked. But, in order to reach my 20%, I have to let go of likability for the 80%. Based on data, I have a market of 600,000,000. That is 20% of working people in the world. That shifts so much for me!
