One's dream tramples upon the other, but because they don't want to trample upon another's dream, they compromise on their own. Their happiness is based on the other. It's so beautifully tragic.

Basic explanation of what's going on with the silver coins Spoilers in the read more Basically, they want them because they need to be melted down to make more coins with less silver value so preventing that means they can use them to gain concessions from the government because they won't have the silver to be able to do that. (Not quite the exact plan but close enough of an explanation.

@LooKingG00d It's in the Light Novel and the OG anime. But yeah, it's basically using the silver to force things because they need the silver to make the new coins.
